Uh-oh. I think I just let my alligator mouth overload my hummingbird ass yet once again in my life! Yeah Brooksie, along with Boobie Clark, I live in Arizona. Interestingly enough, I moved here from Las Vegas, and am well versed in the betting odds at the Sports Books located at almost any casino. From that experience, I'd venture to say that with the winning percentage you posted during our friendly little game that just ended yesterday, you would have made a tidy little sum of money. I believe you picked the Pats to win outright, but you took the Panthers with the spread, did you not? Regardless...an .833 pecentage is above what most bookies can brag about. Come this time next year, if not 'Vegas, I'd certainly like to have you on retainer as a "consultant", so to speak. Do you frequent 'Vegas? I'll be there the first weekend in April for a Marine Corps reunion at the "New York, New York" Hotel Casino. We could possibly jump start next seasons wagers then, eh? Quote
redsfan2 Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 0 and 2 ....... pct 0.000000 .................. story of my life. I think I've told all of you before that I've bet on 2 superbowls. I took the Vikings in both of them. I did learn to quit betting, but as you can see .......... I haven't made a lot of progress in the picking department. Hell, if I'd been around in WW II, I'd probably have taken the Germans and 10 points. Quote

I'd give you five bucks and a pack of smokes for that. [if you don't smoke, I'll take those off your hands] Quote

I'd probably make out better that way. My favorite ball players get traded ........... my favorite singers take 1 way plane rides ........... I'm a Bengals fan ....... Are you starting to see a pattern here ???????? Just to be safe, I haven't bought a Palmer jersey. Quote
