Humanzee 5000
Hello everyone. He made the pro bowl last year, but it seems that everyone thought it was just by a lot of luck. After his great performance in last Friday's game, is anyone beginning to be convinced that Tory James may be better than what a lot of fans and critics thought last year? BengalszoneBilly
Hello everyone. He made the pro bowl last year, but it seems that everyone thought it was just by a lot of luck. Well I'm not one of them. He earned it, and I'm sure he'll do so again this season! :player: BTW, welcome to the Bengalszone Forums Humanzee 5000! Glad to have you aboard bro. Spain
I was, I always thought this guy had great study habbits and long arms and good hands, he just needs to pick the coverage up a lil bit to be trully dominant.
MARVIN=W'S
I'm just glad to have 2 good corners back there, we all remember the Artrell Hawkins/ Corey Sawyer days. It's nice to think we have 2 pro bowl corners and hopefully this year Madieu will make it too, pretty sweet defensive backfield!!!
skyline
He's a playmaker. Hard to deny it at this point. On the other side of things, he can give up big plays from time to time, but it's nothing I can't live with.
walshfan
I like the combination of James and ONeal with Ratliff as the nickelback..After that the pickins' get slim at corner imo..
BengalBax
I think the guy is a stud. Smart veteran, great ball skills. He is a winner.

He looked horrible against the not-so-potent Redskins passing attack.
jungleman85
Deltha will be fine, that play he got "BEAT" deep for, was most certainly not his fault. He covered his man very well, and just got unlucky.
The_Next_Big_Thing
not-so-potent? The Redskins have a whole new passing attack this year, and Santana Moss, David Patten, and Thrash are no slouches to be covered easily. Moss, who Deltha was covering most of the game, is a shifty son of a gun.
DC_Bengals_Fan
not-so-potent? The Redskins have a whole new passing attack this year, and Santana Moss, David Patten, and Thrash are no slouches to be covered easily. Moss, who Deltha was covering most of the game, is a shifty son of a gun.1) The Redskins have one of the 5-10 worst starting QBs in the league, whichever one they eventually pick. 2) Moss was traded straight up for Lavernaeus Coles because their respective coaches were sick of them. 3) Thrash is at best a decent #2 - recall how horrible Philly's receiving corps of him and Pinkston were - and Pinkston was (marginally) the better of the 2. 4) Patten's OK, but he's not going to cut it if he gets anything that looks like a double team.So all in all, the Redskins' passing game was atrocious last year, and the addition of Patten and even exchange of Coles for Moss isn't going to change that. They do not have a number one receiver. They've basically got 3 #2's at best. And seriously, if O'Neal can't cover those guys, he should hang it up. And his worst play of the night was a long throw that he was simply out of position on. Hope he pulls it together in a couple of weeks. WhoDeyHomer
Deltha did have a few off plays vs the Skins but it was preseason. A couple were miscommunications and on the deep ball he just whiffed, he wasnt really beat, that won't happen often and im glad he got it out of the way. I would give Deltha 1 on 1 coverage before I would James, I think Deltha will be a force, especially once Madieu gets back.
walshfan
James and Oneal are gamblers....Oneal more than James ....Outside of Ratliff they are all we have.....We'll cheer and moan their play all year...
