jets sign ty law

Recommended Posts

Noone knows how he will do coming off the injury. NOONE. But prior to the injury, he was the best CB in football. I don't think there was a doubt to this. As Chad alluded to, the fact that it was an incentive laiden deal makes it a very good move for the Jets.

No way Ty Law was overrated!!!

W/ that being said, I don't think NE will miss him too much. They have drafted CBs the last few years and they can put friggin WRs and make them look good. THye didn't miss Lawyer Malloy too much (Malloy has hlped Buff turn into a top D, by the way). IMO< Its a win-no lose as far as the jets-Pats are concearned. It clearly makes the Jets a better team.

I agree with this statement wholeheartedly..

It clearly makes the Jets a better team.

I'm not so sure about this statement after the first was made..

If we don't know how he will do coming off of an injury, how clear is it that the Jets are a better team ?? What if he comes back and blows monkey balls, are the Jets better ?? I get what you're saying Lester and if Law is healthy, the Jets D is vastly improved, but if he doesn't come back healthy, that is a lot of money to be tossing at him.

WHODEY !!!
