Training Camp question

Is there a time restraint on when team can report and how long camps are? NE rookies reported on the 20th. Miami reports today, and there are a bunch of teams that report tomorrow. If there is no time limits, why don't we start early and get these guys more snaps and practice time to prepare for the playoffs?

we are cutting our camp short a week so we have fresh legs going into the season. and yes there is a max it can go and yes theres a certain date they have to start after.

Yea, ML decided that it would be best to cut back on training camp some this year.

Is there anybody here who is going to be able to go to camp and maybe post some pics and stuff ?

Miami will get extra time due to a new head coach. Don't know if it applies to coordinators as well tho ???????? Joisey ????

You rang? I don't think you get any extra time with "just" a coordinator. As for training camp, according to theCBA the earliest vets can be made to report to camp is 15 days before their 1st preaseason game, or July 15th, whichever is later.
