walshfan
The guy is much more talented than TJ.... give him a cookie .....He doesnt make the most of what he has so its all in vain then...Jeff George had more talent in his little finger than Johnny Unitas ever thought of having... who had the better career?....get the point? membengal
Does Koren Robinson play special teams? Because if he doesn't...(wait for it)...there's probably no way he could beat out Kevin Walters. See? I knew you would come around... Unless BengalsOwn is in fact Chad Johnson. You know how tough CJ is on himself, he might actually believe he led the world in dropped passes just for motivation. The_Next_Big_Thing
Does anyone know where one can find a stat listing showing how many passes were thrown to a receiver, caught, dropped and/or fumbled?
CBin2k7
Koren Robinson has no more talent than Chris Henry (who will eventually be the #2). Why waste money and bring him in here?
HairOnFire
Not sure about the statistical accuracy, but after being asked how he needs to improve this year Chad Johnson admitted dropping 11 passes last season. The season prior he claimed to have dropped only one. The interviewer then mentioned that Chad had officially dropped 14 passes last season, prompting Chad to claim that the Bengals keep their own stats and sometimes assign drops to the QB based upon the quality of the throw. Regardless of which number is more accurate the end result is the same. Chad dropped way too may passes last season.
walshfan
Their are stats on how many times a widout was thrown to and how many he dropped.... Chad was thrown to 170 times. ..95 receptions....14 drops ( led league)TJ was fourth in the league percentage wise is catches ( 73% or so) ....Hell for that matter Kelly Washingtton was 31-49 in catches/thrown to which is decent percentage league wise... Where are you getting these stats from? I'd like to compare them to other "great" wideouts in the league.
jditty47
he dropped 3-4 vs the browns alone. not having peter in there and not having tj being reliable till what week? like week 10? 12? he was forced to do everything. we will see the drops drop this year. gauranteed. GROIIIDayton
maybe not all him but with that team it had to be most him... henry will be a probowler this year which will be the closest thing the browns have to one this year bitch...lol
Who?
I really doubt that he will be a probowler this year, unless the guy has 10 picks again then he's not going to.
CTBengalsFan
http://www.thenewstribune.com/sports/story...p-4596884c.htmlWell apparently Koren decided to show up drunk to his one day jail sentence, still think he'd be a "great #2 behind Chad" Pushy? Rimington over Marino
Koren Robinson's drug addiction will get him thrown out of the league soon. If he hasn't ruined his chances already. For those argueing about Henry in the Cleveland loss. He signed with the Cowboys in free agency. Browns signed Gary Baxter to replace him. In that game Warrick and TJ did not play and without them Kelley Washington started and did nothing. Chad was essentially the only reciever that day. That is why they were able to shut him down. They also shut Rudi down. He only had 30 yards rushing. The whole offense was out of sync. Has anyone noticed that when TJ came on then the whole offense clicked and not until then. CantStop85
Has anyone noticed that when TJ came on then the whole offense clicked and not until then. That's because you didn't see so much double coverage on Chad and as many forced throws to him by Palmer. This freed up some room for Rudi up the middle, also.
