I hate Denver. And Oakland. Almost as much as the Ravens.

KcFanNindy
well we will get along just great, cause i hate Oakland and Denver! My first year coming to see a game at your all Stadium really impress, that is the year you put the Chiefs back down to reality....when they were undefeated! Man i wish it could have been another year for that to happen, but on well.Marvin Lewis is turning the team around. I also was overwhelmed with how nice the staidum was.... I like it very much almost considered to coming to more games at the stadium.Until a drunk Bengal Fan, tried to steal my 8 years sign that he made, to support the CHIEFS, the fan was cool up till the 4 quarter. Everyone esle was very pleasant. I really thought you all had a classy fan base.....even when i went to the restroom, was trying to figure out what the hell everone was chanting, while taking a piss, later found out that was your all's chant--U DEY! Ooohh, um...on your last point...even the wild eyed Bengals fans' around here don't really see a jump to a top 10 defense for the Bengals, and KC is starting out from an even worse spot than Cincy is. I would imagine if KC can correct to middle of the pack for defense, they will be ecstatic and back in the playoffs. Top 10 seems a little optimistic. Is Kitna still the back up!
Who?
I was hoping the Browns would take Johnson at the three spot! It was ridiculous, all the "he can't shed blockers" talk, he could run around all of them! Haha, sorry I had to vent, the Browns should have taken him. CantStop85
Chad's going to be the premier receiver of the league this year. I say he'll be in the top 3 in the NFL in receiving yards this year (hopefully #1). Kitna is still the backup to Palmer and will be for a while it looks like. bengalsLB
chad is gonna have his best year with a mature carson throwing him the ball.and yes we still have the best backup in the league, kitna.is it just me or before the draft were all the scouts trying to tear down the texas prospect all i heard was haw benson was like ricky or how johnson is a sloppy tackler ,won't take on blocks aganist bad against the run. that really pissed me offbecause it was all bulls**t

jditty47
if priest stays healthy = chiefs make wildcard maybe 10-6 at best. if priest is injured for longer than a week or 2 = 5-11 record.that defense is improved, but to say its at top 10 now is a bit far fetched. I disagree. Although you are right that a top 10 defense is a bit too lofty to expect, they will be very improved. And true, Priest is injury prone, but the other guys they put in there performed well last year. Their offense is aging, so this may be one of their last chances, but I think they are to be feared this year. That O-Line is still great, and Trent Green manages to spread the ball out despite their TE being their best receiver. but they are certainly a top 10 offense, if not top 5. I believe they could win their division, and almost certainly should be a wild-card. The quality of their defense though is what will determine if they do any damage in the playoffs. They are very similar to the Bengals actually. Great offenses, with some question marks at D. I think the future belongs to the Bengals, because we are young and up-and-coming, while K.C. needs to get it done seemingly now-or-never with a 70-something coach. But Vermeil didn't need a top 10 defense to win the superbowl with the Rams, so they could be a force. But that's just my opinion.
Ickey44
I don't think their playoff chances are hurt of Priest goes down. Larry Johnson filled in pretty well last year. I think it all rest on their defense. If they D is good, the Chiefs make the playoffs. If the D is bad, well...........you get the picture. Who?
Well I think that Derrick Johnson will be the leader of the defense this year, much like Jonathon Vilma was for the Jets, and the Chiefs will make it to the playoffs.

Amen bro, then you will be hearing all the Bengals fans saying - "U-DeY going to beat the CHIEFS, U-DeY! LOL ....To the earlier post the CHIEFS are the number 1 offense in the NFL. The Colts are number 2.granted Mr. Manning has a hell of arm, and threw a lot of touchdowns, but the CHIEFS put more yards up and had a higher percentage of points per game! Indianapolis scored 32.6 points per game. K.C. scored 30.2 points per game. Not anything to be ashamed of thought. Indy may be the best ever.
