brownsblow05
Romeo Crennel finally speaks out about his new team. I saw a little of the press conference on SportsCenter tonight. ESPN acts like he can actually do damage with the Browns this year and he seems pretty confident. Are these people serious?!?They have got to be kidding....right?Who-Dey :player:
Kazkal
If I'm not mistaken savage has already accepted defeat this season and knows it's going to take time to rebuild...Crennel knows this too he was probbley just doing that for the fans. it's not like hes wants to go ya were going to finish in the worst 4 teams!!!!Though I'd think they would wanna so they can pick up the top QB of the draft,if I was them i'd just throw the season and go 1-

skyline
My theory is that Crennel is on the Bengals' payroll. He and Marvin are in a bar somewhere having a good laugh right about now...
UofLnMU
Yeah, he has to be upbeat about it, but it is totally an emperor's new clothes situation. You'd have to be a maroon to think that the loss of Winslow is not going to gut their offense, but you certainly can't go out and say it if you are the face of the franchise. bengalboomer7
HOw do they know that Winslow will hurt the offense. He's never played a whole game AAHHHH, I needed that laugh, and it feels even better at the Browns exspense
CBin2k7
He is very upbeat until he sees Chad Johnson running past Gary Baxter on opening day for that first touchdown.
Arizona
I wholeheartedly support making funny of Gary "Toast" Baxter. Please keep it up.
Kirkendall
My theory is that Crennel is on the Bengals' payroll. He and Marvin are in a bar somewhere having a good laugh right about now... Possibly. They sure do have the same approach on developing stability on a franchise in the dumps. From my readings and Brown associates (notice I did not say friends), there's a lot of Marvin-like euphoria in Cleveland like there was in Cincy in terms of long-term development. Could Ohio return as the football state? Well, it's always been the football state, always will be. Texas ain't got s**t on us. Did y'all here they just lost their second tight end? Heck, they're on par with the Bengals now.

Kinda like the Reds this year. "If you con them, they will come......."

Nobody in the AFC North that I can see!

CBin2k7
I can't wait to see Trent Dilfer running that offense against the new improved Bengals D in week 1. I really think if the Bengals pound the Brownies in week 1 it could give them good confidence heading into the Minnesota game.

You would think some Clowns fans would crawl out from under their rocks, being that Droughns and Suggs are the next Byner-Mack attack
Turi
What really made me laugh was the cruelty of Crennel showing the Browns his SB rings.http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/F/FBN...LATE=sports.htm
