Another article on bengals.com about Lewis wanting a fast start this year. Key factoid:

The Bengals have had early byes under Lewis and are 2-7 before them and 14-9 after them.

To be fair, the slow starts the team has had are perfectly understandable given the huge amount of roster churn they've had over the past two years. That's finally settled down this year, so I think Marvin is right to expect big things. Bye is week 8 this year; if this team is for real this year they should be 5-2 at worst going in. :player:
