LT: I don't need to actually write the name "Anthony Munoz" here, do I? That's a gimme.

RT: Y'know, I'll actually go with Big Willie on this one.

C: Bruce Kozerski

RG: Max Montoya

LG: gotta give Dave Lapham the sentimental vote!

Joisey, We don't often agree, but I'm with you 100%. The only change I would make is to put Bruce Kozerski at RG and LG too :)

Of all the offensive linemen to come through Cincinnati, Kozerski is by far my favorite. He may not have been the BEST lineman in the history of the team, but he was by far the most versitle.

Speed mode, right? Ok, take Joisey's list and slip Bob Johnson into the center slot in place of Kozerski. Done.

Perfectly good suggestion. Slide Bruce over to LG per NBT and pencil in Lap for the all-time announcer team. ;)

LOL Damn you Joisey I was going to post that :)

If he doesn't stick at guard, we could always roll him out to right tackle like he did when he was in stripes....

God love the man who can play every damned position on the line.

Kozerski was the SMARTEST Bengal ever.

Melvin Tuten has to be there right?!?!?!

Munoz, Willie Anderson, Max Montoya, Koz, and drum-roll.................Richie Braham for longevity, smarts and savvy... :player:

really? Number of seasons Brian Blados started more game at a position than anyone else? 1. tied with Joe Walter in 1989 at right tackle. The whole time Blados was here Reimers was the starter at left guard. Now. Tell me the first backup I would want to have, it would be Blados. He was the only person I've seen here that could play 5 positions on the line. He was like the Jose Oquendo of Bengal offensive linemen.

Back to Lapham. I just watched the Bengals - Eagles 1988 game. He does color for NBC for this game. He wasn't a total homer at all, but he had good knowledge of the team. Cool to see him do a tv Bengal game.

Kozerski played every position on the line, and started at one point or another at each one. He also lined up as an extra TE on the goal line occasionally.
