BengalNation1281 Posted May 17, 2005 Report Share Posted May 17, 2005 Our manager quits a week after being informed that they weren't going to fire him, our bench coach takes over, and we score 9 runs in a loss to Toronto and then take 3 of 4 (2 one-run games) over TB.I know that 11-27 still isn't very good, but it's nice to be excited about something at this point.Just wanted to share my joy. I wish for ONE DAMNED calender year the Bengals AND the Reds have a winning record. Then again, the Bengals haven't done much to match that so the Reds have some space before being compared to the crap the Bengals put on the field for all those seasons pre-Marvin.
