HoosierCat
The latest from Hobson...The Rich Braham talks look to be ongoing but not going anywhere at the moment. At the very least, there doesn’t look like there is a drop-dead deadline. Next week is here and the two sides still seem to be talking, but that doesn’t mean they’ve got a deal yet. Braham agent Vern Sharbaugh said last Friday that he talked to the club and didn’t get the sense that there was a must timetable staring at the sides. He planned to talk again Monday to the team, but indications are there is still some gap that has to be closed for a one-year deal. . .Something tells me that, whatever the Bengals are offering, they ain't moving off of that number. End of an era...?

vman1186
So far this offseason, the Bengals have proved adept at procrastinating with their free agents. He'll be back. What are Braham's alternatives?
