HOF game for the Bengals?

I know it is early, but.....the last time we played in the HOF Game in Canton was 1988. I was hoping that with the recent upswing in interest in the Bengals, that we might get that game this year.

I think the league rotates around between all of the teams, so I think we must be getting close.

With Dan Marino going in to the hall, I'll bet that the Dolphins will play in that game.

I don't know who ML is, but I don't want every game at 1. I have 5 tv's set up to watch 5 different games at 1 and 5 different games at 4. I don't want to loose that.

I dont think Joey is going to be in Lions Land next season. I was looking over at the board a few weeks ago, they are so desperate for a QB that they were wanting Jeff Garcia and Jon Kitna over there. Desperate Lions Fans.

Hands of, JK is Cincy desperate QB. A HOF game would be good. I dont know if I could take it. Turkey makes you sleepy, and playing the Lions would be a breeze (67-3, Bengals feel that this is the season of giving and let the muts have a field goal  ). I would probably fall asleep.

I was listening to ESPN Radio last night, and they were talking about who should play in the HOF game. They said Dolphins-49ers, and I would have to agree...with both teams getting a QB in the HOF and having new coaches, they would be the logical choices.

I would much rather see Bengals-Lions on Thanksgiving. Watching the Bengals stomp the crap out of the Lions wearing jerseys from the 1968 season would be one of the highlights of 2005 for me.

ML=Marvin Lewis, after I wrote that, I figured it out. I'am on about 12 different sites and it sometimes takes a bit for me get the letters. As far as having 5 tv's, it's true. I live in Colorado, and if anybody wants to come over to watch, you're more than welcome.

I built a entertainment center for them and I wanted to do this BEFORE I got married. That way she can't say no. Gotta think ahead, unless you marry a blonde.

I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who requires at least that many TV's up and running to survive Sundays! Football on 2, Nascar on 1, Baseball on another, and the others as backup incase I have a system failure on any of the previous!

If you marry a blonde, you still gotta think ahead...only it's for her, and especially if she's driving!!!

That would be great to see the BENGALS in the HOF game. Or for that matter on Prime time or Highlight game of the week Period on any network anytime. But it's taking awhile to regain that National respect I guess. Last time the Bengals were in the Super Bowl was 1988 Jan. 22.??? :player:

:player: I've been a BENGALS fan since 1968, back from the Greg Cook/Virgil Carter days, if you will. But that's quite a drout. I'll alawys be a Bengal :player: With that said the NFL ticket will be purchased again to assure that I can see my Bengals close to each weekend as possible. That's my Soap Opera, or weekly CitCom, My Bengals game each week.

Later fellas :player:

Hey where does "OldSkool" get a Picture of "ESSIC JOHNSON"runningback Bengals??? :player:

Me too brother. I remember watching on TV the first regular season Bengals game televised in the Greater Cincinnati area. I was just 10 years old, but I recollect it so vividly because it wasn't the Browns game being shoved down our throats any longer! :)

You'd better be careful Steve. Some of us just may take you up on that. :D Now tell me that you have Direct TV with NFL Sunday Ticket, and I don't care if you live in Grand Junction...I'll be there every Sunday :lol:

Welcome aboard!!

Don't worry, Denver..you and Steve will be sitting there watching football on five TVs, and all of a sudden not-another and her hot friends will come busting through the door with skimpy outfits and a tub full of Jello!!

*fantasy sequence ends*

Damn beer commercials have warped my mind!

The truly sad thing is that if that happened while I was watching the Bengals game, I would be like "Girls, can you wait until the game is over? I'm kinda busy right now. Oh, and could you move out of my way? you're blocking the TV."

Ask my girlfriend...trying to get me to give a lengthy response to anything while the game is on is like pulling teeth.

There are always commercials :D

I'd probably wind up trying to do both at the same time..."I like that baby, but can you wait a second, the Bengals are about to score...TOUCHDOWN...ok, keep going."
