EdwardG Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 Let's give props to the Bills fans for actually talking smack before the game (as opposed to a few Patsy fans we know). The Bills come in with a fantastic defense and a very strong offense led by Willis McGahee. Keys to the game:1. The QB position. Kitna will apparently start. Palmer may play. While both can lead a productive outing today, Palmer would have given us a better chance to win with his crisp passes. Kitna must avoid turning the ball over if we want to put up some points today.2. The Defense: Will they fly around and make plays as they did at home against Denver and Miami? Will they roll over and die as they did against Cleveland, New England, and a host of other teams. If our front seven can get to Bledsoe, we can force a couple picks. If they can't, he will pick us apart.3. Turnovers: I can't stress it enough. Turnovers have killed us in a few games and won it for us in a few games. If we can take care of the football and force a couple turnovers from the Bills, we should win the game. The key, then, is to build an early lead and let our pass rushers attack Bledsoe and minimize McGahee. A touchdown and field goal early would work wonders for our club. Quote
