WillisXPress
Thats Bills weather you're talking about. Honestly though if it does snow its to our advantage because I believe we have a better D. (notice not smack, just how I feel) Your strength is through the air and that becomes more difficult in crap weather.

Again, not worried we put up 41 pts in a win last year against San Fran in similar conditions. And yeah we know your D is better than San Fran's last year but I don't think it will be that big a factor.

Bobcat Bengal
Heh, I cut my dreadlocks last year the first day it snowed, which happened to be the day the 49ers came to town.Keep the snow where its at, I don't want any excuses. WillisXPress
Come'on man. First off on a clear day SanFrans D couldn't hold the door for us. Second they are a warm weather team, we play in that stuff for half the season. and third like I said, how can you pass the ball, your strength, if it is sh!tting down snow or rain or both. You would have to run more and our Run D is our strength, we've only had one back, Corey Dillon, go over 100 for the season.
jamesbrooks21
Come'on man. First off on a clear day SanFrans D couldn't hold the door for us. NO s**t! Nobody is arguing that.and third like I said, how can you pass the ball, your strength, if it is sh!tting down snow or rain or both. i guess just like we did last year...now if there are wind gusts like detroit and green bay last week then i agree it is to your strength or if playing in a f**king blizzard it will also allow us to stack the lineyou are making a big deal out of something that will probably won't be that big a factor or are you just trying to make yourself feel better????? Forget it man. I'm just telling you that I have watched my team play in the snow for years and when our D plays any O in the snow they get shut down. I hope it a blizzard, then you'll understand what I'm saying.
Bobcat Bengal
Man, the Bengals sure don't know anything about playing in the snow.
WillisXPress
Its not the fact that they are playing in the snow, it the fact they are better suited to play in good weatehr against the Bills. Its not like I'm making things up, if it snows/rains/sleets it will give us an advantage.
WillisXPress
You also have to factor in that Kitna is starting. If it snows or is windy his passes are going to get away from him. He has never been known for having a great arm, and is certainly no Palmer in that regard.
HoosierCat
Your strength is through the air and that becomes more difficult in crap weather.Go back and watch the Nov. 28 Sunday night game, Denver v. Oakland. If you can see the plays through the driving snow. The two teams combined for about 130 yards on the ground and 500+ through the air. Tell me about how it's harder to pass again... One game, one time. (Its probably happened before)But fine, its just as easy to throw in the rain/sleet/snow/wind as it is in a dome. You are right and I am wrong. You have been to more games in the snow than me so you'd be the expert. And Jon kitnas arm won't be a factor in such weather either, he'll be hucking down field all day. HoosierCat
And Jon kitnas arm won't be a factor in such weather either, he'll be hucking down field all day. Yup, I'm sure he will. Kit doesn't have Palmer's cannon but he can heave it up there. We watched him do it plenty of times last year. Historically, Kitna's problems are bad decisions, not bad passes. And no, I'm sure you're been to many more games in the snow. When it snows, I go someplace with a big-screen TV, a lot of beer, and women who are wearing somewhat less than a parka.
Kirkendall
Keep in mind, a lot of Carson's deep passes were purposely underthrown for Chad to jump up and grab it. Kitna can do that at least...Back to topic, it's supposed to snow pretty good and reach only the 20's? That's good football hittin' weather. detoxsmurf
I would think the Bengals would want to air it out against the Bills. Bad weather would force them to run Rudi Johnson against Sam Adams and Pat Williams.

Jonboat
I don't know how much the snow will factor into the game but it is also supposed to be very windy I think that will be a bigger factor not only for passing but on kickoffs/punts. I got news for the Bills fans Rudi can run just fine THANK YOU & this is NOT the same old Bengals! You're not playing the Clowns this week, we will not quit :player: GO BENGALS!!!
