ArmyBengal
Monday night on ESPN when they were talking about the Bengals and someone made mention about how good the Bengals have been and how they have beaten teams for the whole game but have lost close ones. Irvin, a.k.a (F**KSTICK) said, "Na, they're not that good". Then that person said, "They did comeback against Baltimore in B-More and put up 28 on the Pats IN New England". Again Irvin said, "Not that good". When is this guy going to shut the F**K up and educate his dumba** ?? ESPN needs to get rid of him and his rantings. This is not just about the Bengals, he makes comments about other teams that it appears he has done NO reasearch on, just gives his Crackhead opinion. Anyway, just curious if anyone saw this...Headed back to Cincy for 2 weeks over the holidays, trying to get to the Giants game. Any help ?? Anyway, Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year Bengals fans !!!WHODEY !!!
jamesbrooks21
Yeah, I don't pay to much attention to him. He does a line or so too many before the shows I'm sure.
Bobcat Bengal
I saw that BS too.....only the Bengals part though. Man, pulling teeth would be easier than him giving our team some props. It seems as though he just has a personal bias against certain teams. You'll have to excuse him though, He played way back when and probably thinks the Cowboys are gonna be in the NFC Championship.Cocaine is a helluva drug. kingwilly
Irvin's opinion means less than squat. His insights are beyond worthless. Just because you were an above-average player does not make you qualified to be a TV football personality/analyst.The purpose he serves on TV is to provide banter and take contrary positions to whatever is discussed. Sometimes he comes up correct, most times he looks like a dumbass. No matter what he does on TV, it cannot change his legcy of abuse, narcotics addiction, lies, bad suits and an above average career with the Dallas "Cocaine Rodeo" Cowboys. Turi
I thought no one took Irvin seriously - well if you do you shouldn't.Anyway, the reason he has a job is because of people taking him seriously. The mroe reaction he gets, the better it is for his employment. It was just like Mark Madden for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, we'd read his anti Steelers comments talk a hell of a lot about them but we'd still read his column every week. Don't forget sleeping with cheap two bit hookers at the Residence Inn in Dallas. Irvin is so stupid he probably wanted to use his Marriott rewards card to earn some comp. points for a free stay. It is time that the higher up's at ESPN overhaul that whole NFL pregame show. After the whole mess with Rush Limbaugh last year and him venting and making racial remarks about McNabb and Irvin and Tom Jackson having nothing to say until a week later when they had a chance right then and there. Berman, does a better job on NFL Primetime then in the morning, Steve Young brings nothing to the table, Ditka is a fill in part for past coaches like Parcells who sat in, and then their is Irvin- enough said. The only one on that whole program that actuallys brings anything good up is Mortensen.

Kirkendall
Dan, don't be knocking on Ditka! Married to Ricky Williams Ditka? Viagra Ditka? Or tough-ass Da Bears Ditka. He stumbles all the time when he's on air too. The bright-side at least he doesn't say, "fuuuuuuummm daaa U!"

Tough ass Da Bears Ditka! You have to allow for some stupid s**t from a guy who's taken some hits. He was right about Ricky's talent.... He was a draft's worth of players talent wise. Too bad he was a screwball in the head!As for Viagra Ditka and stumbling on-air Ditka, you have to allow for old age and a few too many blows to the head while playing! BengalszoneBilly
When is this guy going to shut the F**K up and educate his dumba** ?? I simply cannot tolerate his stupid comments on just about ANYTHING! If I happen to be watching his pregame show at someone elses house, ('cause it sure as hell won't be on the TV at MINE! ) I must utter the phrase " SHUT THE F**K UP YOU A**H*LE" at least two times a minute!ESPN needs to get rid of him and his rantings. I'll second that motion! Is it just me, or does the look on Tom Jackson's face when Micheal starts on one of his tirades seems to indicate as though he wants to just drop his mic, haul ass across the ESPN studio, and put a serious hit from his playing days on Irvin just to shut him UP! I'd pay BIG money to see it!
WHO DEY AGAIN?
Billy, I've wondered many times how this crackhead ever landed a job on TV. It's obvious that he gets the good s**t and the ESPN heads keep him around for it. I see him getting cut next year. CBS will cut Marino and FOX will cut Jimmy Johnson. You wanna talk about 3 s**tbags who don't deserve a paycheck. There must be a union for NFL talk flunkies!
BengalszoneBilly
Billy, I've wondered many times how this crackhead ever landed a job on TV The same way EVERY former NFL player or coach lands a job such as that...from their past accomplishments on the field, not their ability to competently do the job at hand. Some retired NFL'ers make the transition look good, like Tom Jackson, Terry Bradshaw, Cris Collinsworth, and Howie Long in football. In baseball, NONE are better than Joe Morgan and Tim McCarver. If you're gonna give me a loud and boisterous "color" analyst, (and I'm not talking "skin" here!) then give me Deion Sanders, not Micheal Irvin. At least Deion was coherent in his "Pimp-Of-The-Day" suit!
