slowtwitch
I have been lurking the Bills Forums and their fans are incredibly cocky about their teams ability to smash the Bengals. The irony to me is that the very good teams we played (like the Pats, Steelers, Ravens), their fans were much more concerned about losing to the bengals because they acknowledged the fact that we have improved so much the past 2 years. These guys see us as the same "old Bungles". That's fine, it will make our victory that much sweeter.
WillisXPress
Here's the thing. We beat you last year without McGahee or Evans and our line was way worse and our D wasn't as good, they were still pretty good though. Now we have a better O and a Better D and the best special teams in the league. You say we haven't beaten anyone but the teams we did beat we dominated. Carson may give you another dimension you didn't have last year but he may not even play. What has changed from last season.
The_Next_Big_Thing
The defense has a whole new secondary, and they are creating turnovers. The offense has twice the receivers they had last year, and two quarterbacks that get them the ball.Rudi Johnson is running better than your great and mighty savior, McGayhe. This is the second year under Marvin Lewis, and everyone now believes they can win any game. Last year, they tried to believe, but the "we are the bungles, it's ok to just come close" mentality was still lurking, and there was a cancer in the locker room named Leon. comstock
Buffalo has shown a couple things this year, they can't beat NE, they can't beat baltimore, and week 17 they'll show they can't beat pittsburgh. So good luck if you manage to make it to the playoffs, it will be short lived.
WillisXPress
Rudi Johnson better than McGahee? Support that with facts please. You had the same recievers last year didn't you? CJ and Housh for sure. As far as turnovers both our teams have improved but we have a slightly better margin, although you have created one more. thethoughfulnuffalo
Last time I checked 27 out of 28 teams had a tough time playing New England and as far as your Beloved Ravens, Henry started the the Baltimore game, not to take away anything from the Guy but Mc Gahee makes our offense a little deeper. We were in that garbage of a game the whole time, We turned the ball over 5 times and had redzone trouble. You go back to the first New England game we were in it the whole time up to the point of the 4th and 3 bootleg call in which we turned the rock over and they scored making the score 31-17. It was a last minute score which padded the victory a little bit. New England did school us when we played them on Sunday night though and we layed the candid egg, but Mularky's got these boys believing so its going to be tougher then some of the Bengal entourage thinks.I think this will be a good game on Sunday I am not forecasting a Blow out at all, IMO i think we have what it takes to beat Cincinnati !! If you've watched our games all year you would realize the possibility is likely, But all these threads of a bengal massacre are irrelevant football analysis. He's back and rocking now.Rudi better than McGayhe? You want facts?Rudi Johnson 1194 yards averaging 4.1 yards per carry.McGayhe 922 yards averaging only 3.8 yards per carry.McGayhe 37 yards vs. New England.Johnson 89 yards vs. New England.Enjoy! As for turnovers, the only reason your margin is better is because our quarterback threw lots of interceptions early in his first starting season. What's Drew Bledsoe, a 12 year veteran's excuse? Palmer, in his first year as a starter is having a better year!

Well if you can use the rookie excuse for Palmer I can for Mcgahee as far as YPC goes, but I really don't even need it. Willis has alot of negative or 0 yrd runs, but also has more 10 yards or more runs. Id trade a few no gains for a first down run once in a while. Willis has only started 8 games and has 41 less carries, yet has more td's. Willis need the whole game as he gets stronger as the game wears on. You'll understand when he's ripping of 20 tard gains in the fourth quarter. Against NE Willis had 10 less carries so how can you compare the numbers? So what you are telling me is you would rather have Rudi Johnson over Willis McGahee? Tell that to anyone outside of the nasty and you'd get laughed out of town. detoxsmurf
TKO is the emotional leader of the Bills Defense and he is going to be jacked for this game. I think Sam Adams and Pat Williams will stop Rudy Johnson and force Palmer to air it out. Who knows if the Bengals can throw with veterans like Milloy and Vincent back in the lineup. We shall see. The only reason the NFC east has a better record is Philly and you haven't played them yet. And when you do they are going to crush you, so who really cares. Wow, you can get beaten by really good teams. But fine I accept your arguement that you have a slightly tougher schedule, but you guys make it sound like you've played Philly, indy and the Pats every week. I will concede that you played a tough schedule but that dosen't validate losing. And we destroyed every team from the NFC west that dosen't scare you? To say you have a harder schedule would hold water if you beat them.
