LesterLyles
What a bunch of losers these fans are. I can honstly say I have had greta dialogue w/ every team this year (and seemed to hanfg around here b/c of my interest of the Bengals). So this week I look forward to chatting w/ some of these guys about the Jets Steelers game and they are predicting 30 pt blowuts, talking trash, acting like the rest of the league doesn't matter. Arethey your most hated fans? They are mine and they aren't even a rival. I am actually gonna root for the Pats if they play in the playoffs just to see these fans squirm. They pissed me off!! jjakq27
WRONG! The Patriots have the cockiest, most arrogant fans! That's probably true but when you've got the hardware to back it up, I guess you have the right. The Steelers fans are funny though. Going into this season, I really doubt that anyone expected this kind of success but they act as if it a birthright and they knew it all along. I am looking forward to the day when they are relegated to the top row of PBS rather than spread throughout the stadium. If you have Bengal-Steeler tickets next year and you decide to get rid of them, sacrifice the profit and give/sell them to a Bengals fan! Take one for the team. WhoDey42
I still think that the Steelers fans are the cockiest fans in the league. But thats probably just because there are so many around here, and not many TRUE patriots fans. But I just looked at the patriots message board and they are pretty cocky too. BengalszoneBilly
I've seen both good and bad fans from ALL the teams in the NFL. I hate to say it, but Cincy has a few too!
Annihilus
WRONG! The Patriots have the cockiest, most arrogant fans! There are a few cocky NE fans out there, but most of them are either bandwagonners or younger fans. Most of us that have been around for the bad old days are not cocky. But we are confident now. There's a difference - you tend to expect your team to win when they've won something like 25 out of 26 games (I've honestly lost track, though I can remember their last two losses well). Many of us old-timers (or semi-old timers - I've been a fan for 21 years) remember the bad-old days and it took a looooong time to get used to winning. I wasn't confident in this team until mid-december of last year.Steelers fans, on the other hand? Please. If you want to have some fun and piss them off, go onto one of their boards and point out a couple of power polls that have the Pats ranked ahead of them at #1 and watch the crying (I've linked them below if you want to have fun). It's pretty funny. They're a damn good team, but there sure are a bunch of little beyotches in their fanbase.Fox Sports Power PollESPN Power Rankings

There you go!I have to thank SteeLegends for introducing me to his home site.Like JDitty said, they are some cocky SOB's. Only difference is, I'm still over there posting. They way they're talking, you'd never had known they went 6-10 last year.I'm playing Devil's Advocate here. Personally, I don't care if they win out the rest of the way, because they will have to beat some of teams they face if we are to bolster our playoff chances. But in the playoffs, if they take a one-and-done that will make me smile. It'll shut them up thats for sure.

kingwilly
I will be happy to see the Squealer squad fall flat in the playoffs. Can you see the Indy headline "Peyton Manning Shows Roethlislerburgerster How It Is Done"?Here is how I see the AFC playoffs working out. Gotta stay true and claim Bengals make the wild-card!CIN at SD - CIN wins in high scroing game 43-38 (Should it be JAX, BUF or DEN, then SD wins but then loses at NE)NYJ at INDY - INDY wins in blowout 33-6CIN at NE - CIN loses on last second Vinateiri FG 19-17INDY at PIT - INDY smokes PIT 34-24INDY at NE - NE completely hoses the Colts 31-20My view is that NE and Indy will battle again for the AFC Title game. In NE, NE wins 31-20 in another Peyton INT-fest. They just simply have his number.I live in SoCal, so IF the Bengals make the wild-card spot a reality, they will in all likelyhood play at SD, just 70 miles down te road. I will be at the game should it occur.

Even last year, a bad Jets team went to Indy and lost 38-31 on the last possession. We can win...w/ that being said, I'd rather play SD
jjakq27
I found this scenario on a different Bengals site. A little far-fetched but pretty good stuff... "Panthera's Christmas List I got my gifts from St Nicholas last night and that was the win in Baltimore and the wide-right FG attempt by Jacksonville against the Steelers. So, in the spirit of the season, I would like to share my Christmas dream that came to me last night.1. The Bengals make the playoffs as the second wild card team, edging out the Ravens for the final spot.2. They play the Colts and beat them in the first game of the playoffs. Carson Palmer outduels Peyton Manning by throwing 7 TDs against the Colts porous defense. Manning throws 6 TDs but is picked off by Pro Bowl CB Tory James to seal the win. 3. The Bengals head to Heinz Field where they upset the Steelers. Carson Palmer scores on a QB sneak as time expires to win the game. He knocks his good buddy Troy Ponytail on his ass in the process.4. The Bengals move to Foxboro to play the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. After scoring a last second TD to bring the game to within one point, the Pats go for the win. Corey Dillon is stopped at the one yard line on a viscious hit by Madieu Williams to end the game. The Bengals are going to the Super Bowl!5. In one of the most heavily lopsided Super Bowl matchups, the Bengals will face the 17-1 Philadelphia Eagles. The opening line in Vegas is 18 points. However, former Eagles assistant Leslie Frazier crafts a masterful game plan and blitzes Donovan McNabb on every play causing three INTs. The last one is returned for the game winning touchdown by Deltha O'Neill. He mails the football to Denver coach Mike Shanahan with a thank you note attached."http://www.footballhuddles.com/vbulletin/s...&threadid=34577
The_Next_Big_Thing
LOL I suppose it COULD happen...But, I think you're win with Corey trying to punch it in for the win is wrong. Madieu Williams stops Dillon on the 1 yard line, for first and goal at the one yard line. After 4 attempts to get one yard and a touchdown, the Patriots lose the game and Corey Dillon throws his pads into the stand, demanding a trade because he didn't get his ring! jjakq27
Perhaps, "da' bum", Willie Anderson is inserted in this sequence to play nose tackle and gets four assists on that series.

I don't know what site you went to but I'm suprised at how modest us steeler fans are @ 11-1. In the past I think we had big heads, but after eating crow in the afcc a few times ,not expecting to be were we are now, and having a rookie QB, and having a ton of injuries, I think we are far less cocky then the Pats fans and Eagle fans. Just my opinion anyway.I hardly expect a blowout vs the Jets. They are easily one of the best teams in the NFL They are 1st in the league in fewest points allowed. WE barely beat the Jags so expecting a huge victory vs the Jets is stupid.

not-another
my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, their life is better than yours, damn right it is better than yours, id teach you, but id have to charge.annnnd, every team has annoying ass fans. i personally think the redskins fans are annoying asses. the steelers are having their 15 minutes of fame. after ben retires and becomes a liberal in washington after one season of football, they will get ratty from the 49ers thinking bens luck will rub off on him. and tom brady will finally figure out that the football field aint the life for him. he will move to hollywood, star in amature porn films, and write a book on his life. he will try to get back in football, but he will end up coaching youth football. two more seasons carson palmer will take the bengals to the super bowl, the bengals fans will take the "annoying ass fan place" that was the patriots cause we won the super bowl.im hungry.
