Do you guys see the Squeelers having a "balanced attack"???

Here, these 2 terms should equal each other as far as nonsense goes:

Balanced attack = parity

Bull Barb, the Steelers aren't balanced at all. The rush around 60%+ of the time.

That's not balanced. If they get in a spot where the Rush isn't doing anything for them they are gonna be in a world of hurt cause they are gonna have to rely on a rookie QB to win the game for them. We've seen how leaving it in the hands of a young QB can hurt sometimes.

Now I'm not saying it's a bad thing to run the ball that much. Hell I love it. But damn you have to play what's working, and yesterday everything was working...

Kev,

That's what I'm saying. The Squeeler AREN'T balanced at all. Hence, the 10-1 record.

They do what they do best--RUN THAT BALL and keep their rookie QB from having all those turnovers like Palmer.

That's why Brat needs to re-evaluate what he's doing. Run the ball more and keep Palmer from having all those turnovers.

;)

Kirk, I'm not duping anyone.

How much more do you want them to run the ball, Conan? They ran it 32 times yesterday. That's the 8th-most rushing plays among the 30 teams that have played so far in week 12. I know you loathe Brat, man, but you're reaching this week...

Am I??? All I'm saying is that if the Bungles would have tried to control the clock a little more--say run the ball 5-10 more times, then the score wouldn't have been such a nailbiter.

I say if the Bungles ran the ball 5-10 times more--then the score would have probably been Bungles 48, Turds 21.

Looks like Palmer only had 2 incompletions the 2nd half.

We scored pretty fast every 2nd half possesion except 2.

(had to punt) And had 1 INT.)

The Bengals D just couldn`t stop the Clowns passing game

was the main and only problem.

And the Clowns couldn`t stop the Bengals PERIOD !

In other words Gonad. You`re bitchin over NOTHING.

This week yes, but I'm with Barb for the most part. But the question is never about the quantity -- at least with me -- but doing it at the right times. How many times on 3rd and 1 have we been stopped because they knew we'd run right behind Willie and Bobbie (combined 1,452 pounds). We're too predicable at times when we call run. When we're stuck with a 3rd and 15, Brat calls a pass to actually try to get the first down rather than taking a run for 5-6 yards and calling punt -- sometimes you just have to look to the next possession. When we try to get first downs on long third downs, we start talking Carson's failure's which I blame Brat for putting the kid in impossible situations. Again, this is nothing new with this board.

Of course, NONE of this applies to Sunday's game. Perhaps, this is the start of a new journey full of loot and prize.

The Time of possession control on Sunday, which I have no problem with if we're scoring 31 points in the 2nd half, wasn't play calling though. It was how fast we scored... which again, I have zero problems with.

If points were hard to come by, then yes, the clock could be a focus of Monday's discussion, but this is different. This is a game we'll most likely never see again. It was historic and should have been enjoyed. I was in awe the entire show.

They played a total s**t BOWL WITH THE DEAD FINS.

God, that sucked. I almost hate being on the left coast as far as the NFL goes.

Dear Ole Wooler,

First off, I thought you were AGAINST name-calling.

Secondly, that dumbassed kind of playcalling is the reason why the Bungles are 5-6 instead of being 7-4. On second thought, NEVER-f**king-MIND. It's obvious that you're a long-lost relative of Mike Brown posing as a nitwit on various Bungles' Webboards.

If anyone needs to STFU and sit down, that would be YOU, my homer friend.

:lol::lol:

BTW, I think I contradicted myself as saying "you're a long-lost relative of Mike Brown posing as a nitwit". None of them "pose as nitwits". They already ARE nitwits!!!

You're just a jerkoff of the 5th kind.

;)

What was strange was seeing the score change each cycle on the ticker, especially in the second half (we had the Texans-Titans game down here). Since the ticker was also listing out all the stats, I think there were a couple of times when multiple scores were made before it rotated all the way back to the Bengals-Browns score.

So STFU already. :)

:lol::lol:

BTW, I think I contradicted myself as saying "you're a long-lost relative of Mike Brown posing as a nitwit". None of them "pose as nitwits". They already ARE nitwits!!!

You're just a jerkoff of the 5th kind.

;)

Gonad,

I`m not name calling. Just calling your name.

Gonad the Barbarian.

If I`m a "homer" then what are you ? A fair weather fan ?

What you call a "homer" I call an OPTIMIST.

You`re just a pathetic pessimistic soul.

It`s funny that you call me a "nim wit" then spell my

ID old wooler all the time.

See it is hilarious and kind of pathetic that you have no

arguement, so then you make an entire post that is

supposed to berate me.

I have caught on to your ways Gonad.

You were bitching about T.O.P.

When I proved you wrong you start with a bunch of blah blah

blah....

You were really bitchin because the Bengals didn`t run the ball

as much as YOU would have liked.

You`re a moron. PERIOD.

Guys.

1. Grow Up

2. Take it over to the smack forum.

3. Have a nice day.

As always, sticking up for the total jackasss on the forum. The last time it was taken to the smack forum some friendly fan of Barbarian locked the thread so he could avoid getting shown to be the most unliked, ignorant fool on the forum.

And, once again, you in particular jump to his defense when the going gets tough by closing a thread for him....

Here we go again. Why don't go away if you don't like it? You sure do bitch about it a lot.
