jamesbrooks21
Hear Dillon bashing us on CBS Pregame show with that biotch Shannon Sharpe? Some of you need to wake up Dillon is nothing but garbage.
mgoblue2326
Just had to throw in my Patriots fan view of the trade. When it was first announced I was pissed. Okay, mainly because I was expecting the Pats to draft Perry and obviously with Dillon, they weren't going to take a RB 1st round. Then to make matters worse, Cincy, after sending Dillon to the Pats, goes and drafts Perry. But other than the Perry factor, I've never been a fan of Dillon's. The guy is a great RB, no argument, but his attitude is something I've never been fond of. I didn't want that cancer coming into the Pats locker room and killing the chemistry they had. But so far Dillon has been on his best behavior. Course, that's easy to do when a team is winning. If the Pats start off next season by losing their first 3 or 4 games, I want to see what good ol Dillon does then. Hopefully I never have to find out, but I'm not buying the "he's a changed man". Winning fixes a lot of problems... temporarily.Question for you guys though... Did Dillon have a fumbling problem in Cincy? I never caught enough Cincy games to really know. This year though... A couple cough ups at the goal line, a couple others during drives. Just wondering if this is a problem he's always had.

Yeah, his last few years here CD had some ball security issues. He had 20 fumbles as a Bengal, and 10 of those came in 2001 and 2002, his last two seasons as a full-time starter. Not sure what to attribute it too, tho. Personally, I agree with those who think the trade was a win-win for both teams.
denverbengal
Personally, I agree with those who think the trade was a win-win for both teams.Absolutely. And that's Marvin's thinking as well. He addressed the subject at the end of his press conference today."You don't make a trade unless both parties feel good about it."Both teams are clearly happy with the outcome of this deal. It's too bad the national media can't pull their collective heads out of their a$$es and realize this benefited the Bengals as well...nothing new I guess. One comment I found interesting was ML's response to a question regarding regrets when it came to CD. "I failed to win Corey over...to be totally committed to being a Cincinnati Bengal...that's my fault."I realize Marvin is taking the high road cuz it's his job as a head coach. But come on...it's not really Marvin's fault if CD doesn't buy into his system. And this is another thing that angers me about the classless way CD handled this whole situation. Why wouldn't he want to play for one of the classiest player-oriented coaches in the league? Oh yeah, I remember. It's all about Leon. not-another
Hear Dillon bashing us on CBS Pregame show with that biotch Shannon Sharpe? Some of you need to wake up Dillon is nothing but garbage. I also saw Shannon Sharpe with his lip hanging out on the post game show. He wasnt saying anything, just pouting. Dillon is now with the Brady Bunch. But, when the show is cancelled. He will be on the Pre Game show, crying on Sharpys shoulder, talking about how Tom Brady didnt have his back, and how everyone thinks he is a a**h***. Am I the only one wanting to see the Defense tear Cory Dillon a new a**h***? After bashing the Bengals his whole career with them, it would be nice to see the tables turn on him. jditty47
hey i love dillon, i love his style, his ability, his ferocious running, everything about him on the field i love. I love watching him play. Best running back to watch since Brooks/Woods and payton of the bears. Thats in my opinion of course. My point, I hope dillon gets shut out or has the worst game of his season. Im a bengal fan first, other teams players far far 2nd. I hope our D shuts him down and allows our secondary to create some turnovers. I hope dillon fumbles. We need this win way worse than they do. I hope to god we win this game.
