HoosierCat Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 OK, the boy wonder has 92% so MW probably doesn't win but let's get him into the No. 2 slot!http://www.nfl.com/rookies/vote Quote
The Brew Man Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 I voted for him, wish he had a chance..... Quote
bengalsfan33 Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 I gave him a vote, but it's not looking too good... Quote
RedsFan75 Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 There's hope,... I cast my MW vote and Big Ben is down to 88% Quote

BengalsOwn Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Ben Roethlisberger deserves to be rookie of the week. Quote
PA_ Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Ben Roethlisberger deserves to be rookie of the week. he is pretty impressive for being a rookie...where are all the rookie mistakes at Quote
Barbarian Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I hate the Squeelers, however, I have to give it up for Ben. He ended the Patties "W" streak. Now, that's something. Quote
RedsFan75 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 The Patties W streak amazes me... Is it just me, or did no one else hear of this streak until now. I've heard 16 - 0 with Miami '72, I've heard of Tampa Bay's 0 - 16.Personally, I don't care how many in a row, if it's not in the same season. If some team could shut up the '72 Dolphins, that would be fine...Anyway, I always like Ben at Miami(OH) and I'm glad to see him doing well in SpitsBlurg... Quote

That's right--and it officially ended the usage of the word "parity" among NFL analysts.I haven't heard this word in a long, long time on ESPN's SportCenter. The Patties' Win Streak is a reason why. The Bungles and Cardinals are another reason. Quote
