We are too tight on the cap to afford him, we don't need another receiver, he is over the hill and has nothing left to give, and he wouldn't help our team unless he could suddenly line up on the defensive line and plow through for a backfield stop against the run AND a sack or two. But, I bet he would catch a pass in the endzone when it was crunch time. He always has. Plus, he would have made a great mentor for Chad and KW. It happens. Nope. I sure didn't. And I wouldn't have said anything had he backed it up and the Bengals won against the Browns. But it this instance it inspired the Browns more than psych himself up. In my book you better deliver everytime you shoot your mouth off, otherwise you look foolish. Chad looked great after the Kansas City game. He looks like a fool now. IMHO he should just let his talking happen in his play by not dropping easy passes right in his hands! I know bad games happen. God forbid they happen to you after statements like his. Quote
