Dan2330
Just booked our room at Embassy Suites at the Levee (or whatever the hell it is called). Is this a good place? Safe, close to PBS? Getting tickets in the AM for the 'Velvet Revolver' show at US Bank place (I like Riverfront name better). Concert is on same night as the Cowboys game! Networks better NOT change that game time from 1pm to 4pm for the Cowboys game, too close to concert start time if they do. Some times even Cincy is better place to go to see games and concerts than Chicago (home town).
vettespd20
the embassy suites is near Newport on the Levee yes and yes it is safe and NOT TO FAR from Paul Brown stadium. Its a great place to stay very nice. If u walk the river front past a few places called Don Pablos, HOOTERS, and the Beer Ceiler you will see the bridge to go across to PBS. ShulaSteakhouse
Safe? Where you from, the sticks or sumpin? You're just as "safe" at a downtown Cincy hotel as you are in Newport or Covington. The downtown Cincy hotels are about half the walking distance but you'll be just fine as stated above. PBS is a cattle call getting in there any ways no matter what way you go in, a giant sardine can during sold out games. But the views from the seats are nice and there's usually plenty of concession booths to choose from without waiting too long.
