ArmyBengal
The Reds are back to .500 sitting at 10-10.My problem with that, outside of sitting in 4th place, is that 5 of those wins have come against the 4-17 Brewers. The other concern I still have is the production, or lack thereof, from the outfielders.Bruce, Hamilton, and Bryd have a combined 63 strikeouts and have a combined BA of .117That simply isn't going to get them very far if that trend doesn't reverse itself.Hope things get better for the home team, but it's not looking great to this point.Oh yeah, Bailey is back on the DL and they are trying to figure out what to do with him.Season ending surgery is part of the consideration. I'm rooting for individuals at this point. I want to see Cueto get a Cy Young, Votto return to his rightful spot as the hitting king, and Chapman go all season with a 0.00 ERA. skyline
Homer getting Tommy John surgery.Blech. I know they couldn't foresee this and I'm not upset they gave it to him, but from a business standpoint that contract sure bit them big time.
