jjakq27
Here are the three areas or groups I want to take a close look at during Saturday's game against the Bucs.1. Carson PalmerWith the current weather predictions it may be a mushy field and a windy day so I don't know how much passing he will do tomorrow. But like everyone else I am anxious to watch him play with the first team. It is his team now and after months of talking it's time to play ball.2. Nate WebsterI have heard and read alot about him but have not seen him play yet. I am also interested in how Kevin Hardy will adjust to going back outside and the performance of the run defense.3. Defensive secondaryAgain with the uncertain weather, I don't know how much Tampa will pass, but I can't wait to see the play of newcomers like O'Neill, Madieu and Keiwan.I have a feeling there will be a lot of Skip Hicks and Casey Bramlet tomorrow...but I can't wait! :player: :player:
Scottishbengal
well, we won't be having the game screened here in the UK, however I will be keen on seeing stats/reports of Palmers' performance as well as how the D copes against the run.I'll also be hopeful that no injuries are picked up. EdwardG
I'm starting to hope they won't play the game. The last thing we need is a bunch of guys getting hurt trying to play in a swamped field. My future brother-in-law is in Tampa right now - he said everything in the city shut down yesterday at 3 pm, and the deadline to leave the city was 7 this morning. Of course, he being from Ohio, decided to stay, quote: "how bad could it be?"
Kirkendall
1. Carson Palmer2. Rush defense3. Team depth - how the team can perform if a big-time player gets injured.Scotty, perhaps the chat room will be open too and someone can pass along what's going on in the game also. cactusruss
I don't think it's worth playing a pre-season game in the middle of a hurricane. I hope they cancel it, or delay it, or move the game to another location or something. But they won't, because money is involved.
