Here are the three areas or groups I want to take a close look at during Saturday's game against the Bucs.

1. Carson Palmer

With the current weather predictions it may be a mushy field and a windy day so I don't know how much passing he will do tomorrow. But like everyone else I am anxious to watch him play with the first team. It is his team now and after months of talking it's time to play ball.

2. Nate Webster

I have heard and read alot about him but have not seen him play yet. I am also interested in how Kevin Hardy will adjust to going back outside and the performance of the run defense.

3. Defensive secondary

Again with the uncertain weather, I don't know how much Tampa will pass, but I can't wait to see the play of newcomers like O'Neill, Madieu and Keiwan.

I have a feeling there will be a lot of Skip Hicks and Casey Bramlet tomorrow...but I can't wait! :player: :player:

well, we won't be having the game screened here in the UK, however I will be keen on seeing stats/reports of Palmers' performance as well as how the D copes against the run.

I'll also be hopeful that no injuries are picked up.

I'm starting to hope they won't play the game. The last thing we need is a bunch of guys getting hurt trying to play in a swamped field. My future brother-in-law is in Tampa right now - he said everything in the city shut down yesterday at 3 pm, and the deadline to leave the city was 7 this morning. Of course, he being from Ohio, decided to stay, quote: "how bad could it be?"

1. Carson Palmer

2. Rush defense

3. Team depth - how the team can perform if a big-time player gets injured.

Scotty, perhaps the chat room will be open too and someone can pass along what's going on in the game also.

I don't think it's worth playing a pre-season game in the middle of a hurricane. I hope they cancel it, or delay it, or move the game to another location or something.

But they won't, because money is involved.
