walzav29
All of a sudden he is the worst quarterback in the NFL? He put up fantasy stats in a week 1 loss, and catches more guff for crappy numbers in 2 wins. That wrecked elbow was fine vs San Diego last year. Everyone said they seen plenty of zip in the preseason, but it's ruined now? Nonsense. Palmer and the offense are going to light it up this week. People will be eating their words, and it will be like short sentences, after pages of pages saying they suck. Palmer has a little left - Peter King Guarantee! JoeMama
Palmer better light it up.The Browns are a life preserver for slumping QB's. Historically, Palmer's been pretty good against the Browns even though last season was pretty pedestrian. Something like 340 yards passing in both meetings combined. I honestly expected another loss here. Good game, see you guys DEC, 19th. GO BROWNS!Oh, and would have posted this in the post-game thread, but I'm betting Billy locked it before I had a chance to say anything. And what's with the pop-ups (on here AND DawgBones!)?Take care, all.DPD

cincyhokie
Classy post. However, I see some unfortunate things for the Browns in the near future:Ward will be suspended for at least one game. Nice cheap shot. The Browns will cruise to a nice 6-10, 7-9 record. Thus allowing them a 7-10 number pick in the draft missing out on yet another top QB. Again. The Brownies may never get a top tier QB.The Browns will come to Cincinnati in December and lose. Book it.

I won't disagree, it was all bad. Rookie or no.I've been saying 7-9 all along...all thru preseason. If Delhomme gets/stays healthy by week 6, we have a shot at beating Pissburgh. If not, Wallace, coupled with our inept offensive coordinator, won't get it done. God, I miss Jeff Davidson......And I agree, we likely won't sweep ANYONE in the division this year. Chances are, we lose the next matchup.
