ArmyBengal
There was a picture of Rey on the Cincinnati.com site having a bag of ice wrapped up on his hamstring, so maybe so...
volcom69
I just read cramps as well. Hope that's still the case here...I just was reading what Reedy wrote on his twitter. I think i saw on bengals.com that he strained or tweeked his hamstring, something like that. I dont know for sure i just hope its not big dealIf he's still practicing then it's nothing to worry about at this pointHe left last nights practice early, and didnt practice today. He said he is going to play on Sunday i hope so and hope all is good

He said he is going to play on Sunday i hope so and hope all is goodRemember during Hard Knocks last year how Zimmer chastised him for missing work due to injury? My guess is he's feeling pressure to get back in there.Personally I see no reason for him to push it. It's only the HoF game. Under normal conditions the team wouldn't even be playing this week. He has plenty of time to get it right. Once the season starts is anyone going to care if he toughed it out and played in Canton in early August? They've got plenty of time to get him right for the season. Let's hope they don't blow it

Unless Zim knows something about his practice habits that we don't, Rey seems like a guy who's reasonably motivated to get out there and work. I tend to trust a guy like that to tell me when he can go and when he can't.And definitely, something like a hamstring tweak you want to get *healed*. Those things have a nasty tendency to keep nagging at you before getting worse, at which point you end up shutting it down anyway. Like you say, it's barely August, try to stay as healthy as can be expected going into September.
Sea Ray
Reedy did not list Rey in his injury report in this mornings paper. All indications are this is a minor injury now. Let's keep it that way.
