HAPPYJAQ
I think it'll be only one these guy active this week against the Chargers, especially with B.Scott back and ready, with Crocker and Peko limited/out. LJ didn't look all that impressive last week in a limited role, and you'd have to think that the Scott will get the backup carries with his explosiveness. Scott's also a factor on STs, and JJ is not. Johnson does have a history of playing well in the AFC West, naturally, and is a player that can be trusted to carry the load if Benson goes down. Leonard continues to show his versatility in the passing game, but offers very little as a runner. He is also a decent STer. I think Bernard is blocking effectively enough now to warrant being the 3rd down RB and he's shown great hands and the ability to make RAC yards. I guess the real question is how much do you get in activating Jerome, but you need to know if he's a player or not this year, especially in considering the playoffs are only a few short weeks away. What do you guys think?
Ickey44
I say let LJ sit. Scott is the returner and change of pace back. Leonard is a third down miracle worker. And we need to give Simpson a chance to see if he can shake up the passing game.
Kazkal
I doubt any of the 3 Sit...Simpson is 5th WR who they need to see if he is worth his spotLJ Needs be ready encase Cedric goes down (Scott is only returning this week)Leonard is the 3rd down back and one of our best 3rd down threats.I'd Look for Collins or the 5th CB to be deactivated

Though I don't think they'll let Simpson play much unless he starts to show sparks early on (assuming they even give him a shot).
ArmyBengal
I want to see Simpson get his shot, but I don't remember where I saw it, but I remember reading they were only planning on using Scott on returns.I don't know how that affects things, but thought I would throw that out there. If Leonard is healthy, how do you sit him. He simply makes plays...

I think Shaun Smith gets the nod over Orien Harris, in rotating with Pat Sims at DT, with Fanene in the mix as well on passing downs. It wouldn't surprise me to see Skuta active, though. Sproles is extremely dangerous in the return game and Skuta has played well on STs. Could we afford to only go with 3 safeties in Nelson, Ndukwe and Hebert?Peko (injured)Crocker (injured)O. jjakq27
Did Simpson get in at all yesterday?
Takeo51
Did Simpson get in at all yesterday?Didn't see Simspon and he didn't record a catch, but have to note Foschi's dynamic 7-82 and Quan's 3-47...happy to see Mr. Cole's contribution as well. I'm disappointed in the loss and a couple of calls/plays but COMPLETELY RELIEVED to see our passing game return to produce a more balanced and dangerous offence just in time to heat up for the playoffs! membengal
Saw a pic of Simpson hugging Chad after Chad's TD catch. Does that count?

(FWIW, he also appeared to get a hand up in the facemask and could have been flagged for it.) As for deactivating, I can't see them having LJ sit out the game against the chiefs.
