I doubt he's a fan...
agreen_112
I suppose he's a Titans fan then.. Why else would he go out of his way to say hi? He's a fan, he loves the Bengals. Loves them.
Ickey44
From Reedy's blog:Greg Roberts, president and CEO of the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, said another reason for the visit is that the center is partnering with seven colleges, including Georgetown on a diversity program. Besides two representatives from the Ali Center, Ali was accompanied by his sister and son. From bengals.comTwo mutual admirers got to give each other some mementos Monday here when an American icon just happened to show up at the end of Bengals practice. You don't have to argue about everything agreen. I didn't say he WASN'T a fan, but by reading the above that I doubt it. In neither article does it say he is and by reading each article it seems he just happened to be there and Marvin asked him to stop by. It was a nice gesture by Ali to be sure, but is in no way indicative that he's a Bengals fan.

Anybody close by, he wants to see," said Greg Roberts, president and CEO of the Ali Center. "He loves the Bengals. He loves Coach Lewis. He thinks a lot of Coach Lewis. We just came to honor the college and seeing Marvin was here, he wanted to make sure he could talk to Marvin and be a part of this. He loves Marvin as a coach."And Groundhog Day that's not cool man. Karma's a mofo remember that... Ali's a legend. For him to be there at Georgetown must've been a very special day for a lot of the players. I got the Ali vs Liston poster on my wall at home and a small picture on my wall in the office. He's an inspiration to any competitor. I thought it was pretty neat that he went out of his way to visit the Bengals after he did what he had to do at Georgetown. It's an honor. But, IMO it's still more about Marvin than the Bengals. He's there to support Marvin as a black coach.
