I'm now of the thought that the Bengals are going to stick with what they have at Center and completely forget the position...

There's simply going to be to much value at other positions for them to pass on when they probably feel they have their starter on the roster.

My guess is one of three guys next since Glen Coffee and Shonn Greene are already gone. I believe they will either go RB Jennings from Liberty, WR Iglesias from Oklahoma, or C Shipley from Penn St.

I would be completely satisfied with any of those three guys.

Is Duke Robinson from Oklahoma still on the board? I know he's a guard, but I'd like to have him.

Yes he is still available.

I'd like to see a C or RB here. I'm a big fan of Javon Ringer and the kid from Liberty, Rashad Jennings, but Andre Brown is another one of those guys like Rey and Johnson who people have ranked much higher. He's big and fast. I like him.

I love how Mel Kiper just summed things up...he basically said too many teams are reaching for players in the third round more than ever. This fluke of a draft is playing right into the hands of the Bengals who are able to take guys that fill needs and are still highly rated on the draft board.

Bummer Jared Cook just went off the board to the Titans.

Come on get to the Bengals pick!

Already the best draft the bengals have ever had if that happens.

It's like the 2003 draft all over again. Carson in the first, Steinbach in the second, Washington in the third, then Weathersby in the fourth. I remember people being orgasmic about the first day, then when we landed Weathersby in the fourth people were nearly having public orgies.

luigs or shipley.....after thinking about it, I am not buying into the idea they have their C on the roster already...

Luigs was 2x All-American, 3x Finalist for Rimington Trophy winning it as a junior.

Knock I've hear is he needs to get stronger...but he has the smarts and quickness to handle himself...not Girl-check part duex

In regards to the Center being on the roster, I'm not saying I like the idea, just commenting on what Marvin has said when asked about drafting a Center. Hair made the comment early on, hitting the nail on the head, when he said he didn't think the Bengals would address the Center position as early as some were hoping they would.

Nice call there Hair !!!

i hope they don't reach on Luigs or Shipley at this point, and keep sticking to the BPA philosophy that has gone so well so far. Luigs is ranked in the 150 BPA range and Shipley is way down in the mid 200's. We should be able to get one of them in the 4th or 5th, and if not, PASS. Sorry guys...

BTW I just woke up and I am loving the Johnson PICK! :D
