PFW has a list of all Free Agents By Position

http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/Featu...8/listbypos.htm

Here is PFW's take on the Bengals:

Cincinnati

Potential UFAs: OT Stacy Andrews, RB Cedric Benson, FS Chris Crocker, OLB Darryl Blackstock, QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, CB Jamar Fletcher, C Eric Ghiaciuc, PK Shayne Graham, WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh, RB Chris Perry**, DT John Thornton.

** — Has yet to reach the playing-time threshold for his contract to void but is on pace to meet the threshold by season's end and is expected to enter the unrestricted market.

Potential RFAs: S John Busing, RB DeDe Dorsey, WR-RS Glenn Holt, OLB Rashad Jeanty, OLB Brandon Johnson, OLB Corey Mays.

Analysis: The Bengals have a long list of needs, but it’s hard to see them being very aggressive in free agency. That is generally not their style, and they have a couple of their own free agents who are going to take considerable resources to bring back. They face an interesting decision with WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Do they give Houshmandzadeh the franchise tag or do they try to sign the receiver, who turns 32 next September, to a long-term, more salary-cap-friendly deal? The Bengals are likely to try to re-sign ORT Stacy Andrews, one of the more promising offensive linemen in the game. He likely will draw considerable interest from OL-needy teams, as he can play both tackle and guard. It would be a surprise if the Bengals didn’t also push to bring back accurate PK Shayne Graham. One of the other interesting names on this list is RB Cedric Benson, who could be the Bengals’ back of the future, given how happy the team is with him. If they do not re-sign him, the Bengals will have to find a back in free agency or draft another one.

Past Cincinnati Team Reports >

What?????? We might loose Eric Girlchick !!!!??? OOOOHH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

They should resign Benson, Crocker (top priorities, maybe even ahead of TJ), Graham and extend mid-level qualifying offers to Johnson, Jeanty and maybe Mays, as a core ST'er. I do not believe that Andrews will be here next year, under any circumstance. Due to his play, he is not worth the 8 million Franchise Tag again this year, especially as a exclusive RT, although I think he is a better guard. I have mixed opinions on re-signing TJ. If they franchise him, it's going to count at least 9.1 million against the cap. The Bengals could easily sign a player like WR Antonio Bryant and an impact defender like Bart Scott for around 10 million, who are both younger than T.J. T.J. would be the oldest WR starting opening day for the Bengals in at least 20 years, if not ever. I would like the see the Bengals resign T.J. to a 3 year deal as opposed to franchising him, allowing the young receivers to develop more. The Bengals have a good chance at getting one of the BAL LB's here next season with Fitzgerald here, but they would need the cap room. Leting T.J. and Big Stacey walk would free up at least 10-11 million alone, while also factoring in at least a 3rd round compensatory pick in the '10 draft.

Primary veteran fa need: a 10+ year veteran center who is OK with mentoring the Center we draft in the 2nd or 3rd round of the upcoming draft

aka, Matt Birk.

my current thinking re the 09 line:

Whit - Livings - Birk - Williams - Collins

Draft a T, G, and C. Plenty of good players in the draft.

Andrews is gone, so is Levi.

OT Stacy Andrews, -Good Bye

RB Cedric Benson -Resign him if it's not a killer contract.

FS Chris Crocker -Resign him Solid Depth guy

OLB Darryl Blackstock, -See Above

Ryan Fitzpatrick,-Backup solid at times.

CB Jamar Fletcher, -Who?

C Eric Ghiaciuc, -Please don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya!!!!! GOOD BYE!!!!!!!!!

PK Shayne Graham, -Resigning him would be nice but I'm sure he rather go to somewhere else.

WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh-Well Hope we can tag him Trade chad,or Even trade TJ with tag on him.

RB Chris Perry-If he would sign on one more year vet min low signing bonus I'd give him one more chance.

DT John Thornton-Good character guy but lack of production so goodbye.

OLB Rashad Jeanty, OLB Brandon Johnson Tag them both... not play makers but solid guys.
