daredevil25 Posted May 31, 2004 Report Share Posted May 31, 2004 Okay, being a Falcons fan, our teams (well, they weren't until the 90's) are known for losing. Too bad, forget that era, its over, time for a new one to begin. I think the Bengals are on the verge of being a contender for years. The Browns have convinced me they believe defense is something for you to do in court not on the field. The Steelers are still a little down, not completely out, but down. The Ravens are good, can't forget them, but I believe they'll have some competition for years w/ the Bengals. You guys are getting young, and give Marvin another year and that defense will be among one of the league's best. He made the Redskins one of the better league defenses and the Ravens one of the best of all time. Sure those teams had great players, but I'm confident future drafts will get you those players. I think the same is for both our teams, in which I believe us and the Panthers are rising, the Saints are down not out and the Bucs are quickly fading (this may be their last year contending for awhile!)
