Just realized something about the draft

We took Jerome Simpson ahead of DeSean Jackson? I did not see this untill recently, i thought DeSean was a first round pick. This just frustrates the s**t right out of me.

After re-reading who was drafted after Jerome it really makes me question my fan hood to this organization. Here are just a few:

Desean Jackson

Ray Rice

Dan Connor

Trevor Laws

Limas Sweed

I wanted Jackson the whole time! A lot of people on this board was saying he's too fragile, and that he would be a bust. I ain't saying Simpson was a bad pick or a good pick. Can't really tell until he gets out on the field.

Bengals do and has always has liked tall and fast WR compared to short and agile. Limas Sweed hasn't done jack and I think Simpson will do tens better in the long run. Jackson has been a burst but he is a jackass along the same lines as TO, Chad, Braylon, Kellen, Moss and all the other premadonna WR/TE. We don't need any more of them.

I still like the Simpson pick. The only thing I'll be pissed about is if he doesn't get any playing time this year.

Not playing him is the problem. That is on the coaching staff. We run Chad out there, for effectively 8 preseason games with his dislocated shoulder and stupid ankle. Good planning.

Laws in the second, Simpson in the third would have made me happier. Who knows, maybe even Ray Rice or Hart in the later rounds would have been possible then.
