ChadJohnson-85
IMO both of them did great job's! Heath Ledger was the more serious type Joker. And Jack Nicholson was more of the cartoon like Joker. Rest in Peace Heath Ledger.
skyline
I never thought I'd be saying this, but I'll throw a vote in for Ledger.I've always loved Nicholson's version, but a friend of mine summed it up well. While Nicholson did a great job, you never lost sight of the fact that you were watching Jack Nicholson. With Ledger's version, the actor didn't matter. You were able to be completely, 100% absorbed into the character. The other side of it has more to do with the directors than the actors, but I really favor the grittier more realistic Batman as opposed to the cartoon-like version. rwalling
What no Cesar Romero? The TV series bad guys were all classics!Seriously, as good as Jack was, Legder was the perfect terrorist.
kevinc1129
I went Ledger also. I don't think I've ever seen an actor put himself more into a role than Ledger did with the Joker.
Thurmanation
As much as i liked Heath, The Joker to me will always be Jack Nicholson running through a restaurant painting mustaches on portraits and dancing to Prince.
BengalszoneBilly
I found a Joker even scarier than Heath Ledger:

HairOnFire
I too cast my vote for Ceasar Romero. And I especially liked the episode where each of his henchman wore matching T-shirts emblazoned with the words Henchman # 1, Henchman # 2, and so on. Or how about the way someone always painted the word "BOMB" on each of the bombs?

You can never be too careful. While not considered the menace that her male counterparts were, Julie Newmar was it for me. Also a local man has a replica of the Batmobile. The story was recently in the enquirer. I didn't know it but the original was based off a 1955 Ford concept car called the Lincoln Futura.http://news.cincinnati.com/apps/pbcs.dll/a...NT02/807170350/http://news.cincinnati.com/apps/pbcs.dll/g...Itemnr=1/#startAs an aside, the guy who designed the Batmobile (George Barris), owns one of the two original Monkeymobiles.http://www.monkees.net/DOCS/MMOBILE.HTM
