HoosierCat
Not that it likely matters since the Bengals don't appear capable of beating a Pop Warner squad right now, but Baltimore's pretty banged up, too. http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/footbal...0,6324081.storySamari Rolle is already out. McAlister just got back to practice yesterday and was limited, as was Ed Reed. Todd Heap and Yamon Figures are also hurt. Suggs didn't practice (knee) but claims he will play. HairOnFire
The celebrated Bengals offense has pretty much crapped the bed in all but one game this season. That simply has to change, especially when facing a Raven secondary that suddenly is as dinged as the Bengals depleted corp of linebackers. Carson's still been spot on, pretty much, and TJ's been a beast. If Chad can get his head straight, plus Henry, at least we'd have a passing game.Unfortunately, the running game appears to be a lost cause unless somebody wants to be an effective OT. mgilgris
If i play offense against the bengals, I am playing even if i just came off of reconstructive knee surgery.
GregCook
Dunno, the Bengals have to possess the ball to throw the ball. I think Baltimore will have better success running against us versus Pittsburgh so they might think they can limit the Bengals to 20-25 minutes time of possession. But it is great that Baltimore is hurting in the secondary, Bengals don't get much good news. Still, all in all, the Baltimore offense will have an easier job against the Bengals defense than the Bengals offense will have against Baltimore's defense. Just like all the recent teams. So 2-7 looks likely.
