Stripes
Do you believe? No, but anything's possible. The Jets game will essentially decide the season. Should the Bengals finally pull their heads out of their asses and get a win against a lesser team, then it'll be a new season. 2-4 is bad, but it doesn't present quite the hopeless prospects that 1-5 would. The Steelers game is impossible to call at this point. Given their recent success in Paul Brown Stadium and the Bengals lack of success in any stadium this season, the bad guys have to get the edge. Should the Bengals defeat the Jets in dominating fashion, perhaps that game will appear a bit more winnable. You're right though, Pattern Master. If the Bengals actually do manage to get to 3-4, the season will look MUCH brighter. Those cupcakes down the stretch will look like wins again. cincy9275
i really think that this team can beat 9 of the 11 teams they have left on the schedule. but then again i thought we would beat the chiefs browns and seahawks also, games we could have won if not for shooting our self's in the foot. other than the pats we have been close in every game and a key mistake or two has been what has caused us to lose. if this team can clean it up a bit we can win these games. we have been our own worst enemy just to many mistakes at key times in the games we have played. this team is not that bad we just have to make plays when we need them. if we can win the next 2 games that will go a long way to get the confidence back and get this team pointed in the right direction.
