bengalsfan17 Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 Trade him and get some defense, if your loyalty to the Bengals lies with one guy on the team then we dont want you then! I like Chad but the Bengals need to shake things up, trade Chad and Rudii, get some draft picks and get a defense, defense wins championships! NOT BELLY ACHING WIDE OUTS Quote
711chad Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 so you really think our offense will be good enough without h chad? also this team wouldntbe the same he brings excitement Quote
711chad Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 wat wide out doesnt bell ache? even tj does should we trade him 2 genious? Quote
CJBestInAFC Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 Yeah CJ command double teams, and it gives players like TJ and Chris Henry or any other WR who is on the field one on one. You trade him the offense will be a lot worse than it is now because teams will only have to worry about Tj and simply double him every time the Bengals pass. It wouldn't be a bad idea if the Bengals had some quality players on the depth chart but the Bengals simply don't have the right WRs to make a CJ trade. Now they could have traded for Chambers and then traded CJ away. That is a move that could have been possible, but with no option other than TJ this offense would be shut down. Quote
BigBenBlows Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 He is by far the BEST wide out we have ever had. I wouldn't even think of trading him, but like BF17 said defense wins championships. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 He is by far the BEST wide out we have ever had. I wouldn't even think of trading him, but like BF17 said defense wins championships.Offenses & Defenses creates dynasties Quote

Im a fan of CJ and the bengals, unless he decided to go Dillon and then i would just quit liking players and hope for wins Quote
MacD BengalFan Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 He is by far the BEST wide out we have ever had.The best reciever the Benglas ever had does not wear 85, but 84. Chad is expendable. Quote
Scott Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 I hear Larry Fitzgerald is wanting out of Arizona. I'd trade Chad for him in a heartbeat. Quote
HairOnFire Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 For whatever it might be worth the NFL Network's Adam Schefter just claimed that..."there are people within the organization who feel that Chad Johnson is angling to get himself out of Cincinnati after this season. He denies it."Edit: At the end of the program one of the four questions asked during the 4 downs segment was which man would be the last man standing in Cincy, Marvin or Chad. Rod Woodson sided with Marvin. Marshall Faulk sided with Chad. Schefter said it would be Chad because Marvin would walk away voluntarily. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 Say what you will, but Chad DEMANDS a double team making other players better. Yeah, let get rid of that and then have TJ double teamed. Who do we throw to then ?? Answer that question without laughing at your answer and SURE get rid of Chad today !!! Thinking this offense would be better without Chad is just not even a logical thought process.WHODEY !!! Quote
Pshjr1961 Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 He is by far the BEST wide out we have ever had.The best reciever the Benglas ever had does not wear 85, but 84. Chad is expendable. You are correct TJ is by far the best possession receiver on this team and maybe in the NFl. Chad is a scaredy Cat not TJ. Quote
