snerdly
But I do have some serious suspicions about some of the games against the Colts in the playoffs. Manning looked absolutely dreadful at times and now it makes me wonder.Ehhhh... you do know that the Pats were accused of filming DEFENSIVE playcalls, yes?And you do know that OFFENSIVE plays are called into the quarterback, yes?Pay-A-Ton (often) sucks against the Pats, because we have a Pro-Bowl defense. <- PERIOD

Ya... it really doesn't matter how threatening your offense is; without at least a top 10 defense, it's almost impossible to win it all.Just ask the pre-2006 Colts. Ya... it really doesn't matter how threatening your offense is; without at least a top 10 defense, it's almost impossible to win it all.Just ask the pre-2006 Colts. The 2006 Colts defense finished the season ranked 21st in the NFL giving up an average of 173 yrds/game and 5.3 yrd/rush, they only recorded 25 sacks and gave up more than 21 pts a game. Our most succesful year during the Marvin Lewis era was 2005, in which we ranked 17th in the league in total defense. If we can repeat that performance I like our chances with the offense that we currently have.
SteelerFan87
I love Bengals vs Pats week. Is this the one week you are a Patriots fan?Hmm... nah. I'm more of a neutral observer who delights in the shots each fanbase takes at each other. Now, when you play the Ravens, then maybe I'll root for the Pats a little. But I'll probably feel very dirty afterwards.
