I think you're wiggling.

I wasn't wiggling, just not aware of the change in the drug policy (assuming, of course, Florio is accurate). Based on that information I'd say 4.

Good for you -- I now have some interest in what remains of Jerramy Stevens' career. At least until the punishment is levied. For what it's worth, I think it'll be slightly higher -- 6 maybe -- just because he's an unpopular player already. That seems to hold as much importance as anything else. In any event, I appreciate that you call your shot (finally).

Whatever Goodell lays down, it appears Stevens will miss some games, per the latest espn.com update:

Stevens faces a jail sentence of at least 30 days under an Arizona law for "extreme" intoxication, where a driver has a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or higher. The legal limit in Arizona is .08 percent. Stevens' measured .20 percent when he was arrested.

Court officials said sentencing is set for Oct. 2.

Of course, AZ could cut him a break and not make him report until after the season.

Isn't Stevens a Buc? I think he was just in AZ when he got liquored up. Maybe that's where he's from.

Yeah, he's a Buc. And yeah, he got busted (and just convicted) in AZ. So the state (Arizona) might cut him a break and not make him report to jail until after the season. (Aparently while it's a mandatory 30 days you can do 20 of it in a rehab program.)

There was a note in the Tampa papers a day or 2 ago that the Commish's office is reviewing the case, no timetable has been set for any action, blah, blah, blah.

Got it -- I misunderstood your post about AZ. I thought you meant the team, not the state. Go get 'em commissioner.

At the risk of violating some code of conduct -- you suck.
