redsfan2
I like Chad Johnson. Judging by the articles in the newspapers and the posts on webpages I'm not alone in that. I gotta say tho that I'm not real crazy about his "planned routines" for celebrating touchdowns. I'm just as disturbed by his reaction to being fined. "I'm not going to let the NFL steal my glory". If his role model for work ethic and levle of play is Jerry Rice, then his role model for celebrating seems to be Terrrell Owens. Jump up and down ........... jump into the stands ( at home ) .............. pump your fist and srceam like Tarzan at the top of your lungs. Any of those makes you look like you are qenuinely excited about scoring for the team and the fans. A bogus photo op makes it look like your a tourist who gets to the end zone and other exotic locations about once a year.
B24
I'm not really down on the players celebrating, just as long as it doesn't go to far. The photo thing between Johnson and Warrick may have went a little far, but I didn't really mind it. I was glad to see him score the TD I guess.
