Good little pick-up, always liked him at UC - is a good special teamer and did some good things for Tampa last year. Never signed his tender with Tampa.

Maybe with all these signings of cornerbacks that Keiwan will see the writing on the wall and come in and have an outstanding training camp. I think this maybe Keiwan last year in a Bengal uniform, that's if he last through training camp cuts. I know Marvin has next to none in the confidence department for him, he was never even an option to take over any spots.

The only thing Ratliff has going for him is that he isn't the most hated CB on the team in Marvin's eyes.

Being in Tampa I saw him play every game. He showed well on special teams and has a good intensity about him.

Agreed. Good Special Teams pick-up and if it helps spur Ratliff on to improved play all the better.
