The PatternMaster
LMAO!!! So you guys think the Steelers were on roids in 05? So, what, if the Bengals somehow manage to win a SB, will they be on roids too? No, of course not you'll say. The NFL tests for steroids. But, since you hate the Steelers, you somehow have to find some way of negating our 5th SB win, since you guys still have none, so you say this. How pathetic. Give me 1 Steelers player who failed a drug test in 05. And if you say "oh, but they were taking HGH" then feel free to eat crow if the Bengals ever win a SB. Of course, I don't think you guys have to worry about that happening any time soon.Let's look at the facts: 1.) There is no test to detect HGH, therefore players can use it without having to worry about being caught. see Barry Bonds.2.) A team doctor for the Steelers was recently arrested for putting 150 k worth of HGH on his personal credit card, what would team doctor use 150 k worth of HGH for, let's take a guess!!!3.) SB * was the worst officiated SB game in the history of the NFL, there were atleast 3 or 4 plays in which the refs completely blew it and it did affect the outcome of the game.If you look at all of these facts it's not hard to put together that something was not on the level with Steelers SB win and it's probable that some players were on some type of performance enhancing drugs. Also take into account that several players from the Steelers in the 70's have said that the team was using steriods when they were dominating, I wouldn't be a stretch that they got back to their old ways with using a performance enhancing drug that can't be detected. So in light of the drug use I say the name of the mascot should be changed from ever-so-gay "Steeley McBeam" to Chris Benoit.
