ArmyBengal
Panthers | Carr agreesThu, 5 Apr 2007 23:53:14 -0700Pat Yasinskas, of the Charlotte Observer, reports the Carolina Panthers agreed to terms with unrestricted free-agent QB David Carr (Texans) on a two-year contract, according to a league source. Financial terms were not disclosed.I think this is a good signing for them and God knows Carr needs a change of scenery. I would love to see him get some reps on a real team...WHODEY !!! Stripes
I doubt this would take shape early in the season or maybe even at all, but I think Carr would be an upgrade over Delhomme.
DC_Bengals_Fan
I doubt this would take shape early in the season or maybe even at all, but I think Carr would be an upgrade over Delhomme.Could be. I think the Karma gods owe poor David Carr another shot after being stuck behind one of the worst O-lines in football for years. Get yer Delhomme voodoo doll ready. jjakq27
Not taking Reggie Bush last year was one of the bone-head moves of the new millenium. However, with that crappy line I doubt that Bush would have had the same impact he had in NO. But it would have given the Texans another option and spared Carr the beatings.I hope he does well. Whur CHad At?
Prob. way overpayed. FA's are worthless and unreliable. All they do is make your team suck and have no benefit what so ever. What were the Panthers thinking?
