AGrizzlyBaer Posted February 19, 2007 Report Posted February 19, 2007 Big Wins Over MSU and IU and played OSU Tough, hopefully we can finish off this season and get at least 20 wins and get to the big dance for the first time in 4 years. Quote
Stripes Posted February 19, 2007 Report Posted February 19, 2007 I thought OSU was going to lose that game. Should Purdue play in the tournament, they'd be a prime candidate to catch a few teams napping. Quote
AGrizzlyBaer Posted March 17, 2007 Author Report Posted March 17, 2007 ah man that game tonight was fun, bring on florida Quote
redsbengalsbucks Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 Isnt it funny how the Big Ten was suppose to be week, but they seem to be taken care of business. Great defense for Purdue last night and the Illini got jobbed with three no-call fouls late or they win too. Quote
AGrizzlyBaer Posted March 18, 2007 Author Report Posted March 18, 2007 ended up being a rough finish but iu played ucla tough, msu played unc tough, and purdue played florida tough. to bad no upsets. one big ten team left... go osu Quote
redsbengalsbucks Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Still not a bad showing for the Big Ten conference as a whole 5 teams in the 32 best. 1 in the Sweet 161 in the elite eightToo bad Purdue couldnt shock florida though. Quote
AGrizzlyBaer Posted March 23, 2007 Author Report Posted March 23, 2007 With the class we have coming in watch out for the boilermakers in the big ten for a while. painter has turned us into a program again. Quote

I think you are right it looked as if the game passed old Gene about in the 1990's and Purdue slowly faded to second tier Big Ten Basketball. Quote

redsbengalsbucks Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 sounds good, I will root for any big10 team besides IU Quote
