BlainThePain
I was browsing some late round runningbacks that could be a good recieving back for us and came across Nate Ilaoa. I remember him being mentioned during the season, but I never really watched any of Hawaii's games this season, so I don't know anything about him past his stats. The guy is built like a stump (5'9" 248 lbs) and has some good receiving stats. For 2006 he had 131 carries for 990 yards 7.6 YAC and 13 rushing TDs with 67 receptions for 837 yards and 5 receiving TDs. Anybody have a review of him? schweinhart
If he were taller, he'd be a decent TE prospect. He'll be a FB in the NFL who can run all right and catch decent but he'll have to prove he's a lead blocker. He's got a shot at getting drafted from round 5 on. Kazkal
I woulden't mind spending a 5th on him and chance him being like turner the burner...but with hawaii's passing attack it would be hard for big back not to get all that yardage. WretchedOne
Former WR turned RB. Good hands and can catch from the backfield which might make him at least interesting to Cincy. Shifty feet for a big guy, good vision.Has some work ethic questions, has really ballooned up and now struggles with his weight. Day 2 player.
