Stripes Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 Bresh's name never seems to come up around here when the defense is holding its own... but when it isn't... yeesh. Quote

GROIIIDayton Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 That's because this is the first time the defense has held its own...lol. Quote

BlainThePain Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 That's because this is the first time the defense has held its own...lol.If the offense could have moved the ball against the Bucs, it would have been two great showings by the defense in a row. Quote

The defense did have a great showing in Tampa. Had it not been for the Refs, we would have held them to 7 points. 2 great games in a row, and 4 very good games out of 6 is more consistent than most of the league. It just takes more to impress most Bengal fans because we expect them to fail. Quote

I was talking about the rush defense and if our D didn't have to be on the field so long they wouldn't have accumulated so many rushing yards. The defense was wore out and they started breaking off some big runs. Quote
