101Airborne
Getting to see clips like this is nice when I don't get to watch any games this season.

hrod382
Ahmad could easily move to SLB with Odell going back in the middle but I don't see Marvin just granting Odell the spot. Who's to say that Brooks won't be moved to SLB when Simmons comes back anyway? Then you could start next year with Simmons/Nicholson at MLB and Ahmad at SLB and hope Odell gets back in shape and earns his spot in the middle again, that would be sick. Still, I don't really see it happening.Does anyone have a good picture of Ahmad? I'd like to get a sig of him but I can't find any good pictures of him as #50 in the Bengals uniform. The most independent, don't have to take much care of pet there is. Doesn;t bother you much either.
ArmyBengal
Brooks isn't going to make anyone forget Odell and anyone not rooting for him to pull his head out of his ass is retarded. He would more than solidify our LB corps for years to come.I know, I can hear it now..."Army the point is, he's not on the field now and we don't know if he ever will be again."Keep believing he won't be back... I love what Brooks has done and hope he's going to be the BEAST many thought he would be, but I just want as much "beastly" quality around him as possible !!!WHODEY !!! Kazkal
Yup army....People forget about odell so quickly when everyone was on his nut sack last year like their on brooks now....I root for odell to clean up his life and comeback. but must have the what have you done for me lately mindset.everyone talks about his roomie mistakes and he wasen't nothing special yet this time last year he was the next ray lewis. MacD BengalFan
Ahmad could easily move to SLB with Odell going back in the middleOh, no. If Odell does come indeed come back next season, keep Ahmad in the middle and move Odell to SLB. I think Ahmad is more aggressive then Odell, hence the sack against Carolina. I don't recall Odell doing something like that? Plus, I think Odell pursues better then Ahmad does. I guess what I am trying to say is they compliment each other and they could meld into a top notch LB tandum.
derekshank
Brooks isn't going to make anyone forget OdellReally? Then why is it that I haven't given Odell a single thought since Brooks started the TB game?Look... I'd like Odell to get his act together as much as anyone... but I have no reason to believe he will. In fact, I have more reason to believe Henry can become a productive citizen than I do to believe Odell will play for the Bengals again. I no longer consider Odell an option in the future building of this team. I do not allow myself to fantasize about what our LB's will look like with Pollack and Odell back. This is mostly because of Odell's own actions... but I can't deny that the play of Brooks the last couple of weeks has significantly eased the pain of losing a 2nd round pick. With the injuries we've had, Odell's suspension could have really hurt this team... but Brooks picked up the slack, making it very easy for me not to wring my hands about the lack of a #51 jersey on the field. So much so that I haven't thought about Odell even once the past 2 games.
