agreen_112
We'll see. Maybe I'm a bit over-critical, but it seems like it's a lot easier to say this kind of thing after a win. I'd like to hear what he says if we lose a game when he plays the role of the decoy.I agree with you derek. That was the only thing that pissed me off about yesterday's game. Watching Chad sitting over on the bench pouting when Pittsburgh was driving down the field in the last minutes of the game. He should've been up on his feet rooting for the defense to make a big stop! I love Chad, but he looked like a baby. Not the Chad that I'm used to seeing out there pumping everyone up.How do you know that Chad was pouting, because he looked like he was pouting? Maybe he was sick and not feeling very well. And I would put good money that Chad would complain if he doesn't get the ball and the Bengals lose, because he feels that he can help the team win. Most players feel that way.quit with the excuses, everyone knows that he was pouting like a baby. Chad's expressions showed that he was upset. There's no room for that on this balanced offense, he should've been up on his feet or over on the bench with the others.
CT Stiller
If CJ has finally come to accept this, the Bengals are damn near unstoppable. If teams keep scheming to take him away like that, Housh and Henry will slaughter opponents. Simply slaughter them. This is not smack talk, but I'd like to put some perspective on things for you guys.#1 this was NOT the Steelers "best performance of the year." When you have 5 turnovers I'd hardly call that a good performance.#2 the Steelers DBs, aside from Polamalu, whom I think is a bit overhyped, are not that good. The WRs will have a much tougher time against a good secondary. The Steelers' philosophy is always to stop the run first.#3 I like C. Johnson but why would it take him so long to realize that he needs to share the spotlight with the other receivers? If you guys had lost, btw, he would have said something much different.Just wanted to share some thoughts.

When you have 5 turnovers I'd hardly call that a good performance.Ditto for us good buddy. When is the last time you think our O-Line gave up 6 sacks, Palmer fumbled 3 times, had 2 INT's, and Rudi did next to nothing? The answer is never. That was the worst game I've seen our O-Line play in the Marvin Lewis era. But we are winners. When we had a chance to go for your throat, we did. Big Ben doesn't share that ability. We both played badly... but the better team overcame their mistakes.

Bengalhead
Ok OK guys. Take it easy on CT. He's one of the few Steeler fans to be civil on these boards. Of course he's going to say that they gave one away. Wouldn't you say the same thing if the roles were reversed. This game was a great example of what good teams should do: They made mistakes but capitalized on the other teams mistakes.Let's enjoy the win but don't be too hard on the few Steeler fans who are actually civil in tone ok? Now THAT'S a true fan. I like your objectivity and reason. Some of you can learn from Bengalhead's civility.
ArmyBengal
If I remember correctly, we made a number of mistakes as well and if a Bengals fan said the same thing about US giving the game to the Steelers, what do you think would be said ?? That's what I thought...Not saying the Steelers didn't make mistakes that hurt them during the game, but so did the Bengals. The only difference is we were able to capitalize on the mistakes and the Steelers just kept making them. This game could have very easily gone the other way, but to say it was given away is a stupid comment to make, coming from two teams that played so hard for the during of the game...WHODEY !!! HoosierCat
Neither team played its best game yesterday. In the end, the Bengals took advantage of a couple more opportunities than the Steelers, and so walked away with the W.
