BZBot
The Saints? Hey, I thoughts this was a Bengals site. Am I lost again? No, you’re in the right place. But before we get too wrapped up in Steelers week, let’s pay a little homage to the return of the Saints to New Orleans.Source: http://www.bengalszone.com/article.php?sid=
ArmyBengal
I'm happy for the Saints and it's nice to see football back in New Orleans, but aren't there better things to spend multi-millions of dollars on in that city ?? There are still people that have no water and electric, but thank God they can go purchase a ticket for $50.00 to relieve that burden in life...In regards to the Saints, before anyone goes and claims they are Super Bowl bound because of Bush and their shiny new 2-0 record, lets see them play Atlanta this week... Cleveland and Green Bay hardly make me fear the power (hahaha) that is the Saints !!!Oh yeah, Mayor Nagin is quite possibly the biggest piece of sh*t in office anywhere in the US !!!Him and Winslow Jr. must be related or some sh*t... F*cking tools !!!WHODEY !!!
Dan2330
Agree Army Bengal, I just find it amazing that FEMA can kick in millions of dollars to rebuild the Superdome (in record time) however their are still families without homes, streets with no power, other families living in FEMA trailers. I think the FEMA funds should first go to making sure everyone has a roof over them, not a dome to watch a game in. FEMA claims that by re-opening the stadium money pours into the city, for what? Doubt it will ever trickle it's way down from the city coffers to the citizens who need it. And lets not forget that cheap ass owner Benson, this creap tried selling, moving, re-selling the team and didn't offer to pay a lick to rebuild the dome. The only one that gave anything worth anything on this was the NFL who picked up a hefty piece of the pie for the re-building cost.
Stripes
How the f**k do the Saints (3-13 last season) get a MNF game at home? Sure, there's all sorts of inspiring drama associated with the game or whatever, but c'mon. On a more pleasant note, it'll be good to see the people of that city rooting on their team. I'll be pulling for the Saints.

While schools, streets, and homes need money(and not just NO, every city) the NFL gets govt's to use tax money. While a war goes on in Iraq + the whole s**tty schools deal, the goct spend money investigating Barry BondsIn the immortal words of Don King "Only in America!!" I had to fight myself from a seroius rant here
