agreen_112
My favorite thing to eat on gameday is fried chicken wings and legs. Here's the recipe. You'll need either a deep fryer or an electirc skillet, both work just fine. You may want to do the cooking outside b/c the frying does make a mess and can also smell funky because of the hot grease. Here it goes:Buy as many fresh wings as needed, not the one's in the freezer section that are already cut and cleaned, get the one's from the meat department (whole wings). Also grab a package of fresh legs too. Usually you can get wings and legs for $.99 a pound, but don't pay over $1.50. Also grab a bottle of Franks Red Hot and a package of stick butter and one of those large aluminum baking dishes. --- Unpack the wings and cut off the tips of the wing (fingers) and then cut each wing into two parts (the shoulder looking part and the fore-arm). --- Set up your fryer to 380 degrees and fry all the chicken in batches. If your using a electric skillet cook the wings on each side for 10-12 minutes, flipping only once. and the legs pretty much the same but maybe for 14 minutes on each side with the lid on the skillet. After one batch is done place the wings on a rack to dry instead of stacking them to only get soggy.--- While the wings are cooking prepare your hot sauce. On the bottle there is instructions to make a wing sauce with the butter. I normally mix the sauce:butter(melted) 3:1 parts. --- Once all the wings are done cooking get a large tubberware and put as many wings in the tubberware to were you can still close the lid. Add the sauce to the wings and close the lid tight. Shake the tubberware to coat all the wings evenly w/ the sauce. Dump the wings into the aluminum dish. Repeat coating the wings untill all are finished and into the baking dish.--- Put the wings back into a hot oven maybe like 450 or so, to warm all the wings back up. (If you have extra sauce pour over the top of the wings.)These wings/legs will taste better than any restaurant in town!!! It's a lot of work, but everyone will appriciate them. Serve with a lot of celery and ranch or Blue Cheese and plenty of Beer.

We love that pink stuff.... which ever one that is. I'll have to go pick up one of those fountains, they're at Best Buy right? What's the best chocolate to use? I'm not quite sure though how you came up with this recipe for gameday but maybe this is how I can get the girls to watch some football.... lol.
