redsfan2 Posted September 12, 2006 Report Posted September 12, 2006 I just heard on the radio that part of Henry's probation is giving up his gun, and taking a firearm safety course.Does this sound funny to you? Shouldn't it be one or the other? The judicial system is funny. Off topic I know ..... this just made me think of it.While in the Marines and stationed at Quantico Va., I walked into a gun shop and asked to see a 9mm auto. The guy behind the counter asked me if I was 21 ... to which I replied " No. I'm 20. " He then says I'm sorry, but I can't let you touch one of these if you're not 21 or older. This happened about a month AFTER I got back from Viet Nam Good thing is that Henry doesn't do jail time OR get suspended. Now .... as mentioned above .... If he's just learned his lesson from all of this. Quote
DCKRIMMER Posted September 12, 2006 Report Posted September 12, 2006 I heard Henry's DUI was dismissed, does anybody have info on this. Quote
